La Trattoria di Via Magenta In Ceccano

This was a fantastic discovery for us, being new to Ceccano. They're open for lunch from 12 to 3 pm and dinner from 7 pm. Esther, the owner and chef, prepares excellent comfort food for all courses. Every time we return to Ceccano, we eat at Esther's more and more often. Her staff is friendly and makes us feel at home, even though our Italian isn't very good yet. Her children also make us feel welcome and it's always a pleasure to meet them when we're there. There's excellent outdoor seating and inside, which displays photos of pre-war Ceccano. Great atmosphere, great food, wonderful people. You won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful little restaurant! Signora Assunta and her cook (?) spontaneously treated us to the very best their kitchen had to offer. Their warmth and delicious Italian food made our 47th wedding anniversary a truly special occasion. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back!

Mrs. Ester serves truly exquisite traditional cuisine. She's very kind, and the value for money is truly excellent! We had a great time. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Excellent food, location with a very characteristic room at the back... but the prices are not those of a trattoria. The daily menu is well presented verbally by the owner, but it would then be correct and fair to bring a paper bill with the price breakdown of each dish, to understand how a certain total amount is arrived at!

Family-run trattoria. Excellent food. Fairly priced. Old-fashioned friendliness. Worth a try. After two months, everything is confirmed. Plus, the desire to always have guests try something new.

Ester is wonderful, a bit like everyone's mother, the one who pampers you with her dishes. No matter what you order, she'll add dishes so you can try the entire menu. It's not a trattoria, it's an experience. The dishes are delicious and immerse you in Ciociaria tradition. A visit is a must. We hope to return very soon.
