THE SPECIALTY OF THE CUISINE AND THE PAELLA WHICH IS TRULY SPECTACULAR

It could also be called "The paella restaurant", because this is their specialty, along with fried seafood. We are not near Valencia at all, but in the heart of Varesotto, Rovate, a hamlet of Carnago (where there is also Milan's sports centre, Milanello); we are not in Spain, but the paella here is appetizing and plentiful. Crispy mixed fried seafood with clear, clean oil. Then it is a Trattoria, in the beautiful and popular sense of the word. Don't expect sumptuous environments and furnishings, just the simplicity of a trattoria, like in the past. The staff, young and lively, is also attentive towards customers, and this certainly doesn't hurt. There is only one negative side - which is "enhanced" if there are large tables of exuberant friends - the acoustic reverberation which prevents you from speaking well with those at the table. Perhaps it is possible, without particular investments, to intervene to mitigate this background noise that can be annoying... let's try to "cut" these sound waves with some panels... Do any technical friends have something more precise to suggest?...

I must say that against all expectations (given by the place being too "lunch-on-the-go") the food was excellent and the price even more so!!! 100% approved
