Merluzzo proposto in molte varianti interessanti, nel complesso buone, anche se le nostre aspettative erano più elevate. Servizio cortese, ma con qualche pecca da parte del personale più giovane, non molto empatico.

I ate their cod specialty very well. Service performed by good, cute and polite young girls. Drank a good Piedmontese wine that paired very well with cod

My review is not for the food but for the courtesy shown to me. I asked for information about a reservation which was later unsuccessful due to a change of plan. I was answered very kindly and that's not common these days. I will definitely come to eat at the first opportunity and I will be happy to be able to confirm the stars.

Menu with various tastings of recipes with cod. All very good! As expected, small portions, but given that there were 4 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course and dessert I would say normal. The only thing I didn't like very much was the dessert, a tiramisu that had ladyfingers soaked in a liqueur that seemed citrusy. For the rest everything was exceptional, good food and impeccable service and cleanliness

First time guest of a convention, we ended the day in this restaurant.
Spectacular dinner, a crescendo of dishes prepared with the wisdom of those who know this fantastic product that is cod.
Right choice of wine pairing.

Nice and well-kept place, friendly and professional staff. While waiting for our dishes, the kitchen let us try a soup with cod and salmon. I had a first course (gnocchi with cod) and a second course (roasted octopus with pumpkin and almonds) which I really liked. Palmerino has not betrayed his fame.

Pranzo estivo in questo curato ristorante, personale cordiale e disponibile (soprattutto la signora) e piatti incentrati sul baccalà. Molto saporiti i tagliolini al nero di seppia, pomodorini e baccalà, qualche lisca nel secondo di baccalà, ottimo il dessert freddo alla menta
