I was with friends on a beautiful summer evening and we ate on the terrace. A beautiful experience. We were guided by the owner with a professionalism and a wealth of explanations that is truly rare. You feel pampered by their skill and availability. There is a menu but it is certainly better to let yourself be guided. They are very attentive to requests so you can be sure of being satisfied.
The food is really well prepared and delicious. We made a mix of appetizers among which the carpaccio stood out and then we tasted all the meats (incredible buffalo). Each meat has a different cooking method which they will not fail to explain to you properly. On the choice of wine, with a series of relevant questions, you will be guided to understand which wines on the list suit your requests.
A place I will definitely return to and will not fail to recommend to friends and acquaintances. Well done 👏🏻

Il Brugo is always a guarantee of good food and excellent service. The owner is available to give suggestions and rich narratives on the products offered. Furthermore, the food, mainly of local origin, is of very good quality.
Absolutely recommended.
You can't leave the restaurant without tasting the polenta pizza with Grana Padano cream, salami paste and leeks. Mouth-watering.

Brugo deserves a few words beyond the mere partiality of a judgment.
Let's start from the fact that it is a small environment: 40 seats maximum with dedicated parking, which is also reserved for reservations. The owner is keen to welcome and tries to understand if we have already been guests, which I really appreciated.
This is followed by a snack aperitif, the bare minimum given the importance of the dishes on offer.
Four appetizers (must try the "carpaccio" which isn't carpaccio but I'll let you discover it because it's something you've never tried), four first courses, three second courses and four side dishes, all starting from the Bergamo tradition.
I highlight the "polenpizza" which replaces the pasta with red polenta because it is worth it, both for the idea and the substance. The risotto with buffalo mozzarella and melon was a surprise, both in terms of combination and excellent cooking. All natural and fresh ingredients (excluding mushrooms but the season is what it is) with attention to celiacs and allergies.
Desserts chapter: many, inviting, tasty; I would like to point out the newly arrived coffee semifreddo and the tartarette with berries and Chantilly. Followed by ginger bitters (fantastic) or ginger-fennel.
Wines: mostly local, numerous, important. I treated myself to a “Patrizio” from Magri but next time I will follow the advice of the owner who highly recommended a “Soffio del Misma”. By the way: Mr. Raffaele knows what he's talking about, he knows grapes and refinements well. Discreet service, which can be improved for smaller tables.
Last note, prices: I am willing to spend €50/60 for a place like this and for what is proposed. The wine took the lion's share, obviously, but it was offered to me at a fair price compared to the cellar price.
In any case, you can see and feel that Brugo is not a place that stops at classicisms, there is excitement and desire to offer something more, to go further. We will be back. Well done.

Siamo arrivati a questo ristorante su suggerimento di conoscenti.
Posizione collinare con veduta sulla pianura. Ha una veranda ora non utilizzata per i tavoli ma d'estate penso sia ottima per godere della vista.
Vengono serviti piatti dal nome classico ma tutti cucinati con un estro particolare. I casoncelli alla brugo sono casoncelli dal ripieno particolare in crema fi burro, delicati e saporiti allo stesso tempo. Il cinghiale in umido alla crema di mirto si scioglie in bocca.
I vini sono di cantine rinomate.
I prezzi medio-alti, per un primo, un secondo, dolce, vino, acqua e caffè abbiamo speso in 8 circa 40 euro a testa.
Lo consiglio sicuramente in occasioni particolari perché i piatti particolari meritano di essere provati.

dopo anni, e, dopo averci mandato diverse persone, sono ritornato, per festeggiare il mio compleanno, e mia figlia, che finalmente ha firmato il rogito per la sua casa. già dalla prenotazione molta gentilezza, all'arrivo siamo stati accolti molto bene, e, consigliati, abbiamo fatto un misto, fra piatti locali e abruzzesi (cucina della settimana). tutto ottimo, a cui si aggiunge la simpatia di chi ci ha servito. ci rivedremo
