My wife, son, and I dined at Tradizione in Seiano, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. This shop is a true gem that celebrates Italy's niche gastronomic products: exquisite cheeses, carefully selected wines, top-quality cured meats, and a variety of meat options that would rival any other restaurant in the world. The staff is simply spectacular. The staff were impeccable, attentive, and extremely kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. Special praise goes to Giovanna at the counter, a true professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling. Federica, in the dining room, was exceptional: hospitable, knowledgeable, and capable of making us feel at home. Honorable mention also goes to Marialuisa, who I believe is the manager: an incredibly talented guide, attentive, and attentive to every detail. And then the desserts... a true apotheosis! Pasquale's creations deserve a chapter all their own. The fried graffette, prepared according to tradition, are a dive into the authentic flavors of our land, while the tiramisu is simply magnificent: creamy, balanced, and unforgettable. In short, a perfect dinner in a place where quality, passion, and tradition meet. Highly recommended!

A very welcoming place, run by very kind people who put you at ease and make you feel at home. The decor and atmosphere are truly enchanting, and the food is amazing, featuring primarily local produce. You can feel the tradition in the impeccably executed iconic dishes. Nestled between Sino and the towns above Vico Equense. It started as a butcher shop and delicatessen, then became a restaurant. A temple of raw materials, with a selection of meats, cured meats, and cheeses among the best in Italy. A wine cellar with more than fair markups. For me, a place close to my heart.
