Hidden gem of Italy. Food and service was immaculate. Patrizia makes you feel like you are at your families home. Will visit again next year on our trip to Italy. Recommend to everyone!! One of my favorite places to eat in Italy.

A great experience. The natural stone walls characterize the "cave," creating a truly fantastic atmosphere. The owners are courteous and genuinely friendly. The cuisine truly features top-quality local ingredients. I rediscovered forgotten flavors. Excellent wine selection. Highly recommended. The prices are more than fair. Congratulations!

t. We ate at a decent restaurant, La Torre, a multi story cave. We had to walk up many stairs to get there. You can't drive up. The staff was friendly and the menu was unique- ravioli with nettles or with borage. Pasta alla chittara with duck sauce.

I will always remember this enchanting little place, hidden among the alleys of the beautiful village of Pretoro. My partner, my dog ​​and I ventured today through this village, very beautiful, but with few places to eat. We were hungry, but above all hot... we turned a corner and found the sign and rang. What a welcome! How fresh! The location is divine, but the food was even more so. Never tried such good Cacio e ove (I bought the tomato sauce because it was unmatched), delicious local cheeses and cured meats! Delicious nettle ravioli, very tasty wolf cake... and the wine!!! All inside a cave! Forever in our hearts! Thanks girls, keep it up! P.s. we don't have any photos because we were focused on eating!

Excellent restaurant in the upper part of Pretoro. You can taste typical Abruzzo and local dishes, served inside very fresh natural caves. If the day is clear and without fog, you can even see the sea from up there... a spectacle! The food is delicious, well prepared and with quality ingredients. The service is also perfect: kind, helpful and attentive. We tried the nettle ravioli, the ventricina ravioli and the lamb. Everything was really good, but I particularly recommend the nettle ravioli, surprising, and the lamb, tender and with a delicate flavor. An experience to try: eating well, in a fresh and original place, with a view that leaves you speechless.

Everything was simply outstanding! From the delicious, high-quality food to the warm and impeccable service from Assunta, the owner, and her sister Patrizia – two incredibly welcoming and passionate women who truly care about every guest. The atmosphere is magical: a restaurant set inside a charming cave, nestled in the heart of a small medieval village in the Abruzzo mountains, with breathtaking views all around. Every detail tells a story, and every dish is filled with the rich flavors and love of traditional Abruzzese cuisine. To top it all off, at the end of the meal, we were offered a wonderful selection of coffees from different parts of the world — a generous and thoughtful gesture by Assunta that made the experience even more special. I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot throughout my life, but I can say without hesitation that this is one of the most special places I’ve ever eaten at. I will definitely come back as soon as I can!

Sicuramente il ristorante più romantico che ci sia in regione. Avete mai mangiato in una grotta? Qui potete farlo. Atmosfera stupenda immersa in un contesto del paese altrettanto caratteristico. Era il compleanno della mia ragazza e la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare tantissime sorprese. Servizio perfetto. Candeline sui dolci, un cuore grande con una grande scritta auguri sul tavolo e su varie pareti. Ci ha preparato anche una rosa che ha confezionato lei stessa e dei cioccolatini di benvenuto. Davvero tutto perfetto. Il cibo è ottimo, specialità della zona a prezzi onestissimi. Locale elegante. E c 'è addirittura un menù dei caffè con aromi e miscele di tantissimi tipi. Al piano di sopra tavoli con una vista mozzafiato. Penso che se siate in coppia sia sicuramente il più romantico che abbia mai visto in Regione, e ne giro tantissimo. Ma anche con amici è pazzesco. In inverno oltre la grotta troverete anche il camino acceso a dare ancora più atmosfera suggestiva. Non posso dare 6 stelle sennò le darei.

Una meravigliosa scoperta ,in uno dei borghi più belli e caratteristici d'Italia. Situato in un ex torre di controllo, scavata nella roccia, delizioso ristorante con prelibatezze tipiche abbruzzesi. Accogliente e suggestivo. Ottima ospitalità della signora Assunta e di sua sorella cuoca e titolare, per non parlare della gentilezza e cordialità di tutto il personale. Animali ammessi coccolati e trattati da clienti ❤️. Torneremo sicuramente! Assolutamente da provare! Grazie Grazie Grazie 🙏❤️
