We spent New Year's Eve in this fantastic place, very charming and welcoming. The hospitality of Assunta and her sister was exceptional, the food was excellent. I recommend you try it and then take a walk in the historic streets of Pretoro

I have been to the Torre di Pretoro with my partner twice already and I must say that we were pleasantly impressed not only by the rustic location with attention to the smallest details... (the spectacular stone cave) but also by the goodness of the expertly cooked dishes. from Patrizia the friendly owner.
The cuisine is typical of Abruzzo and you will always have the feeling of being with family, the fast and courteous service is also excellent (very good Assunta), each dish will be explained to you in detail: truly an excellence in the heart of Abruzzo. We will definitely be back

Impeccable location...out of the ordinary, romantic and private....my family and I were served by excellent staff who were always smiling and available to fulfill our every request...our palates were instead delighted by a superlative parmigiana.,. ravioli no less, not to mention the polenta with sauce which is unsurpassed to say the least....second courses and very special desserts....😀 I conclude this review by congratulating two splendid women...empathetic and professional who made all this happen possible.... thanks Patrizia... thanks Assunta

In this gem set in the village we begin with Assunta's sweet and warm welcome, continuing with the delicious and tasty appetizers, the first surprise with an original mix of authentic and well-balanced ingredients, the second of great quality. Patrizia delights and closes the series of delights with the icing of a delicate "wolf cake". Lovely venue, impeccable service and excellent quality ingredients. Top quality/price ratio.

It doesn't matter what the owner/chef cooks, every course is a delicacy. Hospitality, courtesy: other peculiarities! Location with strong emotions (on the Maiella with sea view). Elegant interiors with enviable furnishings. and in keeping with being located in a medieval tower.

Il ristorante La Torre a Pretoro è un vero gioiello culinario. L'ambiente è bellissimo e accogliente, ideale per un pranzo all'insegna del gusto e del relax. La signora che ci ha ricevuto si è dimostrata estremamente professionale e disponibile, arricchendo la nostra esperienza.
Le lumache di terra sono state un'autentica delizia, così come gli altri piatti tipici abruzzesi che abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare. Ogni portata racconta una storia di tradizione e passione per la cucina locale. Ci torneremo molto presto per gustare nuovamente queste prelibatezze. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo ristorante molto caratteristico veramente una piacevole sorpresa….mattinata in montagna con bimbi e poi a pochi kilometri pranzo in questo posto ….dove siamo stati accolti dal personale gentile e accogliente….piatti appettitosi…materia prima nostrana….tutto eccellente….anche il prezzo….grazie grazie
