The hotel is presented by travel agencies as a four-star hotel, and it truly looks and deserves that distinction. A major drawback is that it's not accessible by bus. Buses usually stop 200-300 meters from the hotel, requiring a walk along a technical road covered in mud and snow. A plus is the proximity to the ski rental shop (adjacent to the hotel). The meals offered by the hotel are tasty, but somewhat monotonous. The hotel is very close to the town center.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The room I had was clean, had a good solid shower, toilet with separate bidet, TV, fridge to put your own drinks, safe, hangers, desk and chair. We had breakfast and dinner each night, which was buffet style. There's a couple of passionate chefs serving up some nicely cooked pasta in particular. There was one night with chicken escalopes cooked really nicely. On the breakfast, you can more or less put together a full English, and their take on baked beans was really good. The lounge bar had a lovely singer covering songs live with backing tracks. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Lastly, there was a free shuttle bus to the ski chair lift, which made things nice and easy.

We stayed three nights with half board. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good, above average for a buffet, with plenty of variety and well-stocked food. The rooms were well-renovated, though it's a shame there's no kettle for tea, herbal teas, or coffee. The temperature is very high and uncontrollable, as there's no thermostat. The ski room is convenient, although the ski boot warmers weren't working. The ski shuttle was quick and efficient. The spa is a real downside. From various advertisements, it seems to be included in the booking, but in addition to being in a different building, accessible only by going outside, it's very expensive for what it offers: a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a cold plunge pool.

Excellent with a piano bar and top-notch aperitifs. I had an Artemisia aperitif cocktail, highly recommended 🥰

Decent hotel: the rooms are renovated and fairly clean. The breakfast was good and quite extensive. Other than that, nothing else: no spa (paid access in the building opposite), no pools, no entertainment, no gym, no games room (except for a pool table). For the amenities offered, the price is quite high. The common areas, with the exception of the breakfast/dinner area, are small and sparsely furnished (a total of about fifteen tables). The staff and management were inflexible: we asked to move our check-in and checkout by a day (leaving the length of our stay unchanged) because one of us was ill, and although they had availability, they denied the move. Let's be clear, they weren't obligated to accept, but given that there was availability and it wouldn't have cost them anything, we expected more flexibility. When we mentioned this at check-in, we were simply told, "Well, it's not our decision." Accustomed to hotels in Trentino, there's absolutely no comparison.

A very beautiful and well-organized property. Located just a short walk from the town center. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, especially Mr. Umbro, who is in charge of the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful and very clean rooms. Excellent lighting with various settings, from soft to bright. We were also on the 7th floor, and the view was enchanting. The breakfast was rich and plentiful, with everything from sweet to savory. The waiters were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation, thanks in part to this beautiful hotel! Highly recommended

We stayed at this hotel this past week and I believe the first guests to stay in the newly renovated rooms. The rooms have modern finishes and had a very cozy feel. The rooms were very clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the view was perfect. The staff was very kind. We had breakfast included with our stay. The hotel had a good assortment of salty and sweet options. I also got a gel manicure and relaxation massage at the spa. Which has also been completely renovated. Unfortunately the elevators were a little slow. Over all our stay was great. The common areas still need to be updated but it didn't take away from the experience.

I found this place in an emergency situation with my son, who was in the upper valley and had to stay overnight. The hotel is very clean and warm, the interiors are brand new, the room warm, and the mattresses comfortable. The bathroom is very nice with a large shower. The breakfast is very varied and made with high-quality products. Kudos to Viviane, who was kind and attentive. We will be back.
