Interesting hotel with impressive spiral central hall to full height but does mean can be a bit noisy. Some nice art deco details add character but some of the interior is a bit tired. However our rooms were perfectly clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great food - both breakfasts and evening meal we enjoyed the variety.

The location is nice (few minutes walking from the town center and ski lifts) and there is a nice lobby. Service was mostly kind but not always helpful - see below. The restaurant can get quite noisy and would benefit greatly from some sound dampening (like at least putting some dampening foam underneath tables and chairs and add some curtains) and even though there is a huge selection of mostly very nice food there are hardly any proper vegetarian options (plenty of meatless options but very limited sources for protein - which is much needed on a skiing trip). In our room (no 201) the bathroom floor including shower area is completely levelled and entirely floods as soon as the slower is turned on. The only solution they could offer us for that issue was to give us some extra towels to dry the floor - which would then sometimes be taken away (and not replaced) by housekeeping so we had to go and ask for new ones several times. The shower also did not get particularly warm. Also several times I was woken up around 7 by cleaning staff in the hallways using a machine that primarily seemed like a mobile air raid siren - and possibly also removed some dust as a side effect.

The hotel is good, but the food is very, very good!

A nice hotel in heart of town. Was a great break with 19 other men having a ski holiday. Bus to ski lift thrown in ski hire in basement of hotel so everything you need at hand

Nice Hotel, Spa and swimming Pool mentioned but not inclueded at the booking needed to be paid for it separate. Ski bus from hotel to skilift take 8 persons from hotel to skilift in about 10 minits per run, there is running a skibus trough the Village cost 2.5 euro pp. Breakfast and dinner buffet, so can get what you like. Big skiroom to store skies and shoes , but not all heating/driing working.

A nice cozy hotel with interesting architecture: you seem to be climbing in a spiral inside a cylinder, especially convenient for the lower floors where it is not necessary to use an elevator. The rooms could of course be updated, but overall they are clean, neat, comfortable, with daily high-quality cleaning. A huge plus of the hotel is the food +++++, luxurious breakfasts and varied dinners. Pleasant, helpful staff, a 7-minute walk at a leisurely pace from the nearest ski lift, and a skybus runs every 15 minutes.

It was a unique experience, a magical place due to its position and its shape, which allows you to admire a breathtaking view from any point, beautiful and quality buffet restaurant, with a lot of variety of first courses, second courses, appetizers and desserts , very abundant international breakfast buffet both sweet and savory, excellent reception staff especially Mrs. Alessia ready to satisfy any need. We will definitely be back. The structure also boasts a SPA to enjoy a bit of relaxation.

Just returned from a couple of days in this wonderful place, we needed relaxation and a quiet place, IT IS. Even if for many it doesn't seem like a luxury but, trust me, the luxury of tranquility and seeing everything clean and tidy and the staff always attentive, present and available, we didn't eat in the hotel apart from something light at breakfast, the location was perfect for us, and I would like to especially mention the night receptionist, still young and just starting out, who seems to have a lot of experience who helped us almost every evening and was friendly to everyone, and we don't remember the name but also to the foreign cleaner, thank you all and see you in March, this time too with parents, we really recommend it to those who intend to enjoy their holiday for luxury and find what they are looking for,
