Everything absolutely positive. Good service, room, dinner and buffet breakfast. The proximity to a pleasant affiliated SPA makes everything even more positive.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful. The restaurant staff is always capable of satisfying the needs of all guests of the facility. I would happily return with my family

Stayed at hotel for 7 days. I'm a tour driver and this hotel is immense food fantastic relaxed atmosphere. Lovely town. close to several ski resorts staff are amazing I could go on but you get my review 5 star more if I could

It's more of a 3 star hotel Beautiful internally, very spacious rooms with beautiful views But the tub is very damaged Elevator with bad smell Inattentive restaurant service I was escorted to the table and they saw me about half an hour later A cleaning lady came into my room at 8.20 in the morning even though check out is at 10 and I obviously hadn't handed over the keys yet

Positive: Everyone is very friendly and the food is great. The shuttle service from the hotel to and from the Sportinia lift also works great. The rooms are quite spacious by Italian standards. The bathroom is clean and the shower water is hot at all times of the day. That is not a given if everyone takes a shower after skiing. Everything you report to reception (broken lights, no coffee/tea facilities in the room, beds made up as "double" instead of separate) will be arranged the same day. Often even within an hour! Discount on the ski pass through the hotel, making it even cheaper than purchasing online in advance. There is a large lounge with a good hotel bar. At the end of the day, snacks are placed for the guests. It is a very friendly ski area. Due to the weather conditions we could only go to Sestriere for 1 day, but even if you have to stay in Sauze d'Oulx, there is plenty of skiing to do. If you like luxury lifts with bubbles, heated seats or at least the lift person quickly sweeping the snow off the seat, it may not be your area. A little less: The rooms do not have balconies, so you can't air out your ski gear outside. There is a large ledge where you can get drinks cold. It is advertised with spa/wellness and a special arrangement for hotel guests. This special arrangement is that you have to pay €18 instead of €20 for 2 (two!) hours, which you must also reserve in advance. That is way too expensive for a hotel sauna, it should be free for guests, and reservations are not convenient because you don't know how the day will go. Moreover, the Wellness is not located in but next to the hotel and cannot be reached from within. The hotel is very suitable for large groups of children, which is a bit less if you don't like large groups of children using the corridors as a playground.
