The arancini were delicious; we tried various flavors, from classics to more unusual ones, and we loved the variety. Orders are well-managed, and the wait time depends on the length of the line. To avoid getting bored, you can watch the arancini being made from scratch through the kitchen window. There's no seating inside or outside, so we opted for the steps in the square outside. A memorable experience.

Locale da non perdere perché si trova ad Erice, piccola arancineria con preparazione a vista, ampia varietà di gusti, ottimi sapori, prezzi nella media, preparazione espressa, breve attesa ricompensata dal gusto. Assolutamente consigliato!

Llegamos a Erice y pasamos algún tiempo caminando por este encantador pueblo. Decidiendo probar algunos arancini bien elogiados, nos encontramos con La Tonda Fritta que venía muy recomendable. Había una gran variedad de sabores —tal vez demasiados— y varios ya se habían agotado. Aun así, logramos escoger algunos: jamón con queso, champiñones y mozzarella. Desafortunadamente, todos tenían un sabor unidimensional. El arroz estaba seco y desmenuzado con cada bocado, careciendo de cohesión y profundidad de sabor. Podría haber usado un poco más de acciones para reunir todo. Los rellenos estaban bien, pero nada memorable — ciertamente no premiado — digno. En general, fue una experiencia decepcionante. He probado arancini mucho mejor de tiendas de delicatessen sencillas en Palermo.
