La tessitura In Merate

This is my second time back. Unfortunately, I wasn't entirely impressed with the dinner. The food was of poor quality and cooked to perfection, nothing remarkable enough to warrant a return visit. I don't think I'll be back. Sorry.... P.S.: When a plate comes back to the kitchen almost full, it would be nice to be asked why instead of completely ignoring the matter.

I've been there several times, so I can say the food is good, the atmosphere is clean and quiet, with beautiful wooden tables. The menu follows the calendar and adapts over time. Kudos to the owner! The only flaw is perhaps the somewhat slow service, but otherwise, highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery. In short: exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is cozy, much better than the photos seen online, with nice background music that still leaves room for conversation (dinner for four with husband and friends). The service is friendly and impeccable, without being overbearing. The food is excellent and beautifully served: 5 stars for the caponata and the snails with polenta, among others. The menu is excellent, not banal, with seafood and meat dishes, some regional ones with a twist, without overdoing the variety (which I would find unbelievable). The price is absolutely reasonable. Recommended.

Lovely place in a secluded courtyard. Owner works front of the house, knowledgeable and very kind. Food is excellent and creative.

Went for lunch a few weeks ago. Discreet and elegant atmosphere. Tasty and beautifully presented dishes. The shrimp goulash was a surprise. Really good.

I went to this restaurant with my family. My expectations were high, but they were disappointed... First, the nonexistent welcome. We arrived and there was no one in the dining room other than the customers, and we waited several minutes for the waiter to arrive. Once we were seated, I noticed my glass was dirty and pointed it out to the waiter, who immediately went to wash it. In a restaurant with only a few tables, there shouldn't be this kind of carelessness... I ordered a glass of wine; it had probably been opened a few days earlier or hadn't been stored properly because it wasn't good. We chose our dishes, they arrived, and the waiter disappeared again, leaving the dining room abandoned. We had run out of water and there was no one to order it from. The bread they brought us was hard, definitely not fresh. After finishing dinner, we left, without dessert or coffee. €60 for three with the The Fork discount, but it still wasn't worth it.
