La Terrazza at Hotel Eden is the definition of a true fine dining experience. From the moment we sat down, the attention to detail and level of service were monumental. The entire staff—from servers and waiters to managers and chefs—worked seamlessly together, always attentive without ever being intrusive. At no point did I feel neglected; even the smallest cues were noticed and responded to immediately. Every dish was beautifully presented and thoroughly explained, with all the ingredients and proper pairings carefully highlighted. And most importantly—the food itself was absolutely delicious, perfectly balancing flavor, creativity, and quality. Coming from Canada, where service standards are already high, I can confidently say this restaurant exceeded even my expectations of what fine dining should be. The professionalism, hospitality, and culinary excellence here truly set the bar. On top of it all, the view is absolutely spectacular, adding to what was already a flawless evening. Job very well done by the entire team—La Terrazza is worth every bit of praise it receives.

Me and my husband went to La terrazza for our honeymoon and we enjoyed it a lot. First of all the service is exceptional, they were very attentive to our every need. It really felt like more of a guided experience than just a simple dinner. If you are lucky enough to get a table by the window then it offers one of the best views in all of Rome. We ordered a 3 course dinner which included; Shrimp, cistrus consomme and sake and golden tomato with bread as starters Rissoto with meat broth, capers and peppers for second course Lobster and roman courgettes, chicken with pepper and herbs for the main course. We loved every single bite. Every dish was carefully explained by the wait staff along with one of the chefs coming out to personally explain and walk through the desserts tableside with us. I loved their pre dessert and after dessert tasters. Everything was amazing and I highly recommend it to other people.

Their detailed care and warm service elevated the experience, and we are deeply grateful for the attention we received.

Michelin star that lives up to its name! The food wasn’t just delicious… it was art! And everyone there made sure we were taken care of! Truffles shaven and tiramisu made in front of us. And the view cannot be forgotten… what a fantastic experience!
