the staff were professional and attentive throughout the evening. The food was very good, and you don’t necessarily need to go for the full tasting menu: a well-chosen 2 or 3 courses plus dessert is more than enough if you're not starving. The panoramic view is stunning, easily one of the highlights of the experience. They also have a nice selection of wines to pair with your meal. A refined spot for a special dinner with a great atmosphere.

Delicious fine dining food, with great options and extremely good service. The dishes are delicate, interesting and creative which results in a fantastic dining experience. The view from the restaurant is beautiful and feels intimate even when it is packed. The waiters are also extremely skilled and the restaurant is good at handling allergens. Would definitely come back again if I get the chance

A very special place with a nice view! Can be considered a luxury place in Eden Hotel… this place was apparently visited by some of the biggest names in Hollywood, different actor singers and public personalities from around the world, can’t even see the pictures with autograph on the wall! There is also the redhead lady piano singer that plays amazingly and has a very nice voice! The perfect place for a special dinner or lunch or even a drink.. as an indoors and outdoors venue! Of course you have to consider the crisis to be more expensive than other places, considering the location, history and the quality of food and drink!

The service was also amazing that they are always served with a cover then the waiters will open all the cover for four of us or let us smell the fragrance left on the cover. We took the most expensive Champagne Krug with great taste. One more thing to be mentioned is that we were stuck in the traffic and tried to call the restaurant, they help delayed our appointment accordingly. Very helpful reception!

A great restaurant with exceptional food and of course excellent service. We particularly liked the fish menu with pigeon at the end. The price is of course very high, expect 300-350€ per person including wine, appetizer etc…

This is a must visit. From the food to the service everything is perfection. Simone and Carlo our servers were amazing. They made us feel special and like we were the only guests. The food was phenomenal. They should have a Michelin star if they do not. Oh and you must try the tiramisu and basically the whole menu. The spaghetti is the best I have had anywhere. From the attention to detail to the great gestures of hospitality, you made us feel like family. We will be returning again and again. As on this visit alone to Rome we returned twice. As soon as we arrived at the table a waiter offered us a welcome glass, at the end of the dinner we found that the "welcome" glasses cost us €45 each. Absolutely exaggerated.

A seguito della giornata del mio Compleanno credo che la scelta di un ristorante così sia auspicabile e raccomandabile ai più. Ovviamente il prestigio della struttura non ha bisogno di ulteriori conferme ma, abbiamo trovato un personale a dire poco squisito e professionalmente all'altezza del luogo. Siamo stati seguiti con una eleganza e discrezione mai oltre modo, raccomandati nella scelta del cibo, bevande, sempre con un tatto ed una discrezione che non hanno impedito il contatto umano, la presenza! non mi dilungherò a descrivere il locale, bellissimo, il menù , da stelle Michelin, ma segnalo a gran voce la grande attenzione per la data del mio compleanno con un presente "dolce" a me dedicato! Mi è piaciuto tantissimo!!!!nonostante il grande lavoro, la vostra splendida organizzazione ha trovato lo spazio per viziare un cliente, non è scontato!!! GRAZIE. ¡Sería injusto escribir algo malo sobre este restaurante! El personal (del restaurante) es muy agradable y cumple todos los deseos. ¡De verdad les importa! El mejor personal desde tiempos que tuvimos. Sirven dos menús. También ofrecen a la carta de los dos menús. Puede elegir entre los otros menús. La diferencia de precio es pequeña. Así que aconsejo tomar el menú completo. Sobre la comida: sin duda es un cocinero estrella Michelin con comida excepcional! Hay mucho pescado en el menú. Si te gusta el pescado es una buena opción. Pero... Aquí el pescado sabe a pescado. Para nosotros era extremadamente pescado. No podíamos comer el risotto hecho con diferentes esencias de diferentes peces. También el salmonete era extremadamente pescado. Ofrecieron comida extra. Muy bonito. ¡De verdad les importa! ¡Así que ni una palabra en contra de este maravilloso restaurante! Dije expresamente: el restaurante! ¡Entras al restaurante a través del vestíbulo del hotel! Nadie nos mostró el camino al ascensor del restaurante. Estamos perdidos. El grupo Dorchester (Dorchester, Plaza Athenee, Meurice, 45 Park Lane y otros hoteles de lujo sobresalientes, que conozco bastante bien) tiene un nivel de servicio muy alto. Dejar a los huéspedes solos en el vestíbulo no es el estándar del grupo Dorchester. Debo admitir: es el estándar normal de los hoteles de lujo italianos, donde el personal es mucho más exquisito que los huéspedes. He hecho estas experiencias en muchos hoteles de Italia. Lo nombro: el Danieli, el Excelsior en Roma, el Gritti y otros hoteles en Italia. ¿Cómo puedes arruinar una velada largamente esperada descuidando a los invitados al principio? Es realmente molesto. Para asegurarse: esto no tiene nada, pero realmente no tiene nada que ver con el restaurante, es solo la repción de los huéspedes en el vestíbulo! Vaya allí por la vista y el personal del Restaurante. ¡Vale la pena el dinero! Y un último consejo: para llegar a la terraza ir a la izquierda del ascensor (no a la derecha), entonces se puede encontrar el camino incluso sin ayuda.
