Five of us went for dinner and, of course, we ate fish. Everything was delicious and meticulously prepared. We started with a couple of raw fish appetizers for everyone, fresh and of excellent quality. We continued with a tasting menu. I would have preferred a little more wine between courses; opening a bottle for five people would barely cover a glass each. Otherwise, everything was of good quality and professional. I wasn't crazy about the dessert; I would have preferred something different.

A nice discovery, I liked almost everything. I chose the 3-course menu with wine pairing. Well the almost is only due to a pairing but only because it was a wine that I don't particularly like.
The atmosphere is definitely pleasant, very much so. The service definitely up to par. I will definitely be back.

Stunning lunch. I found this place a few years ago while visiting, and our lunch today was equally as impressive. Fantastic service, quality ingredients and presentation. All around, love this place. Hidden gem.

We spent a weekend in Varese, we went for dinner and the next day we decided to go for lunch before leaving. 😋
I'll sum it up by saying that you will find passion for cooking in a refined environment,
a lot of courtesy, professionalism as each dish is described in detail, all in a familiar and welcoming environment.
We felt pampered in everything both in terms of service and dishes, all very exquisite and well-prepared.
The only flaw is that I didn't take many photos of what we ate to share the beauty and exquisiteness of the dishes we tried.
5 stars in all. Recommended...

Bel ristorante in una brutta zona di Varese. Ottimi e particolari gli amuse bouche offerti ad inizio pasto, così come i pre dessert alla fine. Il crudo di pesce freschissimo e abbondante ( anche se un po’ caro). Non eccezionale il foie gras con scampi servito su pain brioche, perché quest’ultimo era troppo molliccio. Perfetto il servizio: il personale spiega esaurientemente tutti i piatti con professionalità ed è pronto a rispondere alle domande, senza sembrare saccente. Conto un po’ eccessivo, ma una tantum…vale la pena
