I ordered a Valle d'Itria pizza at a decidedly unpopular price, and I expected the best. I immediately recognized the pizzeria's noble intentions by looking at the abundance of toppings (ESPECIALLY THE LARD). When I started cutting the pizza, however, I noticed that the lard was sliced ​​so thickly that it resisted both cutlery and teeth. A shame, a wasted opportunity. I'll be back for another since the place is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to the historic center.

Nice pizzeria restaurant, we tried the puccia with raw ham and one with octopus, both very good, dessert a nice pasticciotto, normal price.

Great restaurant by the beach. Food was delicious and service was great. It's such a beautiful area and it was awesome to be seated on the terrace. The fish and seafood was so fresh and delicious.

Hotel Bixio

10/09/2025: Google Maps says "sober hotel with a nightclub" – that phrase doesn't fit at all! It's a "simpler" but clean and welcoming holiday hotel practically right on the seafront (they offer dinner for half/full board or spontaneous restaurant guests, but no nightclub). The dining room is rather austere and cool, but the food is very good! The street is busy, even at night, but it's not very loud – it never bothered us. There were three of us there, including our 15-year-old daughter. The breakfast was good, with options such as fruit, eggs, jams, nut spreads, cakes, and bruschetta. Some items are served after you select them, presumably to reduce food waste from overfilled plates. We loved it! Highly recommended!
07/09/2025: We stayed in August and had a great time. The staff were very kind and helpful. Clean. Welcoming. Very nice pool. Ideal for kids. Excellent location. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate well. A wonderful holiday!
