We discovered this beautiful restaurant in Frascati. The excellent quality and friendliness of the staff made the difference. We were welcomed by Mr. Elvezio in an impeccable manner, a professionalism that is difficult to find, also combined with friendliness and kindness. Delicious food starting with the appetizer: from the first bite you immediately understand the very high quality of the products offered. A special thank you for the (fake 😊) chicks that were given to my little one.
Seadas, limoncello cream and myrtle delicious! Worth trying without a doubt.

Very nice, clean and well-kept restaurant in the historic center of Frascati. The fish dishes are really very good: from appetizer to dessert, there is the right amount of dishes, without too much exaggeration. Honorable mention to Mr. Elvezio, waiter: very friendly and kind and advises appropriately and correctly. We will definitely be back very willingly! Recommended.

A guarantee..Returned today for lunch after a couple of months..Very fresh fish as usual and cooked in a masterful way.Today we also met the legendary Elvezio, a super professional and very nice waiter..Fregola allo scoglio exceptional..You can't make any notes on this delicious Sardinian restaurant.. SUPER recommended.

It is useless to talk about the quality of the food, a guarantee present in the heart of Frascati... I prefer to say a few words about the service.
We were served by Mr. Elvezio, a kind, humble, easy-going man... in short, a truly old-fashioned person!
It's worth going back just for it!
