I begin this review with the owner who is the soul of this tavern, a very nice, friendly and very helpful person. The strong point of this tavern are the appetizers and first courses and he was absolutely right, the photos I am attaching demonstrate that the pure truth.

The place is small but welcoming. Good (but not excellent) home-made dishes. Friendly staff and fair prices. If you are in Corleone, I recommend it.

We were at the Tavernetta dei Briganti on 16 March 2025. Sicilian specialties with a pinch of imagination. Salvatore with his collaborators are kind and helpful people. Spartan but very welcoming place. Excellent quality of food. Honest prices. Highly recommended.

Spartan environment, simple but welcoming... but Salvatore the briganti-no knows how to embrace you thanks to a cuisine of local dishes, typical products, cheeses from a local dairy. Excellent starters, plentiful and complete, the first courses are all recommended, very balanced and not oily. But Salvatore... it's the added value of a simple place that makes you feel at home... recommended, very honest prices

Dopo un week end a Palermo ci sembrava doveroso passare da Corleone...città del coraggio secondo il mio modesto parere.... Salvatore grande padrone di casa...produttore di salumi e formaggi buonissimi...i primi da lasciar senza parole...location semplice ma accogliente e super calorosa dell amore che si ha per il proprio lavoro... Grazie x averci accolto a casa vostra Un bacio e arrivederci da Nino e Michela da Messina

18/06/2025: Exceptional appetizer cheeses, cured meats and vegetables all local quality products, then tender and tasty grilled lamb, my wife only dessert. Good prices, worth a visit.

05/07/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizza at reasonable prices! A few meters further on, the tourist street begins – there you'll find chic restaurants with a refined atmosphere, but with prices about twice as high. I can't speak to their quality. But here you'll find a functional atmosphere, authentic street flair, absolutely excellent pizza, and friendly staff. The dough was light and delicious around the edges and wafer-thin in the middle, the tomato sauce fruity and flavorful (I've rarely experienced such an intense sauce on a pizza!), and the other toppings were also delicious and of the highest quality. Buonissimo!!! 🤌🏻 A real insider tip, right next to all the tourist stalls!
