03/09/2024: Dinner for 6 people.
We ate 3 different appetizers, 4 first courses, 2 second courses and 2 desserts.
Dishes with refined ingredients and balance, all delicious.
Honorable Mention:
- Amberjack carpaccio,
- Tuffoli with tuna ragù, tuna bottarga and saffron cheese fondue
- Seared tuna,
- Carob tart,
- Creme brulé.
All first courses are available with gluten-free pasta. My celiac wife had a lot of variety to choose from.
It's always a pleasure to see a restaurant that works so well, even more beautiful to see it in the south. We will definitely be back.
01/09/2024: The restaurant is located inside a small, typically Sicilian, air-conditioned courtyard, the tables are well set, the staff is truly trained and professional. The choice of dishes, if you don't have a specific preference, is guided and recommended by the owner , also based on the catch of the day. We opted for a fish-based dinner, the raw fish was fantastic, the flavor of the fish was incredible, the tempura excellent, the fresh raw tuna on a very delicate pepper base; all accompanied by two glasses of really good local wine. We concluded with the carob tart... divine!!!
Excellent value for money, highly recommended!!!!!
