Had dinner twice (unfortunately only twice). Always satisfied.....very satisfied...
at 360°. I can't wait to go back.
.....I wanted to express my opinion for those who complain about the high prices, the small portions, the poor quality........,.Well.... first of all there are many places where you can fill your belly with 12 euros,
....I only attended middle school, but I learned a long time ago that to eat at home, if I want quality I have to spend more.
I'm surprised when in the third millennium, with prices displayed, photographs, social media, reviews etc etc someone thinks of entering other people's homes and being able to decide the prices.
We must know that there are also realities where those who manage it first of all put their Face into it, then, partly out of passion, partly out of ambition, they get up in the morning with the desire to work well, with refined materials, therefore quality, therefore expensive; always hoping to be able to satisfy the prestigious and important clientele!
......even a Ferrari has its negative sides, yet those who have it don't complain about consumption or maintenance costs.

In a nice little village surrounded by the greenery of the Euganean Hills, if you want a moment of relaxation with excellent food and a comfortable environment, don't miss this place.
I ate there at midday, sitting near the wine cellar and for this very reason I also suggest you take a bottle, because there are excellent maisons, Italian and French.

As soon as you cross the threshold it is clear that nothing here is left to chance. The welcome of the staff and the place already make you feel at home. The menu always arouses curiosity and the dishes surprise with the quality of the raw materials and the flavours. Every small detail, even a small leaf, is chosen to create a journey of surprising flavours, with the possibility of finding their perfect match in one of the many expertly proposed wines.
When you go, I recommend you also try their cheesecake, a unique dessert that will give you magic with every bite!

What can I say... the refinement of the dishes, the service with attention to every detail as well as careful attention to the advice and pairing of wines (an excellent wine cellar) means that I always leave Anema and Core in the tavern! I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant, a journey of emotions through Chiara's menus!
