I don't usually give 5 stars just for the sake of it, but this place deserves it; everything was excellent. Sit down and be patient because the food is freshly made, and you can tell they put a lot of joy into it. The profiteroles arrived, and everything else faded because the flavor is simply divine…

I love lasagna, it’s one of my favorite dishes. But I usually think of lasagna as a heavy dish. This lasagna was not heavy at all: it was a delightful, light and melt in your mouth experience. I recommend the lasagna but they also had other local dishes that looked amazing!!

During my stay in Rome, I had the honor of staying at La Tavernelli for my entire stay. I can only say that I will never forget this incredible place. Delicious food, wonderful house wine, fair prices, very generous portions, and above all, a heavenly family atmosphere. Even though I'm a stranger to Italians, coming from Poland, they welcomed me like one of their own. I felt at home every day; I've never experienced anything like it in any restaurant before. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Rome! If anyone is wondering whether to eat at La Tavernelli - 100 times YES!!!! Greetings to the entire La Tavernelli team, led by the wonderful Luisa!

Ce restaurant nous a été conseillé par notre hôtel mais j’ai hésité car les avis sur Tripadvisor n’étaient pas bons
Oui c’est simple mais la cuisine est maison et les plats savoureux
