Okay for a snack. The staff is friendly, but (at least on this day) very stressed. The food was okay, but not particularly outstanding. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, but I wouldn't come here again for another meal.

We ate pizza. Very good. Very low and crunchy. The owner very kind. If you ask for half a plate of pasta, he will prepare half a plate of pasta or any type of food you prefer, prepare half a portion if a whole portion is too much for you. Welcome.

We got the Lasagna (14) and the Carbonara (12) Good portion on the Carbonara, great egg taste. Smaller portion on the Lasagna, but was good, classic. No tap water. and bread is available on request (you have to pay)

The service is not rude but you don’t feel welcome too. Regular small restaurant nothing special, came here following a guide, should have followed the reviews!

Al civico 5 di via Ezio trovi la Tavernella,una tipica trattoria di piatti delle tradizione romana gestita da Luisa, la simpaticissima padrona di casa, anima del locale. Un consiglio? Assaggiate il “ trittico” che è un tris di cacio e pepe, amatriciana e carbonara : praticamente divino!!! Le porzioni sono abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Il prezzo è giusto. Da tornare assolutamente

26/05/2025: It's a peculiar place because the walls are covered with messages from customers written in marker. When you walk in, it's strange but interesting. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The tiramisu is on another level.

20/05/2025: We had spaghetti amatriciana and spaghetti with tomatoes and basil, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly. I definitely recommend it.
14/05/2025: Excellent. Visiting g Ro.e for work and ventured out for a bit of sightseeing g with co-workers. Walked up on this gem and was not disappointed. We shared starters of all kinds, sampled great wine and had a great meal and then desert that made my trip to Rome complete. I had the Classic Lasagna. It was rustic and hearty. Others at the table had the Torelli Cacio e pepe or the Risotto Agil Scapi. Nothing wrong at our table. Finished with amazing deserts and full stomachs and warm hearts. Cannot wait to visit again.
