A very charming place, but above all, delicious dishes like cappelletti in brodo, cured meat appetizers with gnocco fritto, and cheeses. Definitely worth a try. Top!

There are few restaurants in Sarsina. I knew it from previous management (I'd been there before COVID). I went today for my birthday, and I have to say it exceeded my every expectation. All the dishes were excellent, from appetizers to desserts, and since there were eight of us, I can say that everything on the menu was top-notch, accompanied by staff who were always on the go but kind and attentive. I'll definitely be back.

Definitely a very nice and welcoming place to spend a lovely evening. The menu is very interesting, the starters very good, but the Fiorentina steak was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn't very flavorful and even caused a few stomach aches afterward. The porcini mushrooms were very good in the starters, but completely tasteless when fried as a side dish. It's also a shame about the complete lack of salt in the pasta; it would have been perfect. The black truffle was very good. Overall, it's hard to give top marks, but it's definitely a nice place to eat, provided you're careful about what you eat.

Courtesy, patience, and expertise accompanied us on a fantastic culinary journey (lunch), featuring white and black truffles, and excellent fried porcini mushrooms. Since we don't eat meat, the menu (not the main courses) allows for a sublime meal. I recommend the "sturalavandini" gin (delicate despite its name) paired with the orange tiramisu.

Recommended by friends, we went to this restaurant today and had a great time. We had three first courses (tagliatella with meat sauce, potato-filled ravioli with guanciale sauce, and passatelli with radicchio and truffle), a second course shared between three (lamb with herbs), and a cheesecake (we'd only ever had it in New York) shared between three. The portions are truly generous, the food is excellent, and the price is more than reasonable! We'll definitely be back every time we're in the area! Highly recommended.
