22/04/2025: Bisteca Fiotentina was a huge tourist trap. Poor quality meat, chewy and tasteless. It was our 4th time in the Tuscany region having this dish during this trip and this was by far the worst. Ossobucco was okay. Lasagna was decent, but very small portion. Service is very amateur and slow. Zero proactivity.
