We went for dinner with friends. Interesting tavern set in a beautiful village. The place looks good even in the dark in the evening and if it weren't for the unused tables outside, you wouldn't be able to guess the presence of the tavern.
The culinary offering on the menu is just right, prices almost in line with the offer.
In my opinion, we need to pay more attention to the cooking of the pasta which we received after cooking but I must admit that we didn't like it but we ate it out of necessity.
All in all it remains a nice place but there is much room for improvement on the first courses

The Taverna del Lombardo of Castel Trosino is a true hidden jewel. The dishes served here are a delight for the palate: authentic flavors and the freshest ingredients make each course an unforgettable experience. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff add a special touch, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. Highly recommended.

A warm, welcoming and truly top place. We ate so well that we wanted to go back again and recommend it to everyone. Genuine and fresh food, local appetizer with delicious cured meats and fried foods, really tasty mezzamanica ricotta, sausage and truffle and the tender and juicy cut of meat, all really delicious. Excellent quality-price-kindness-friendliness ratio (ladies don't exist... 😉 We are all girls!!!)

By chance we discovered this little place which literally delighted us with every dish we ordered! Delicate and non-greasy fried foods, endless and great tasting maxi cutting board, unique pork stew, fantastic chilli jam... what can I say? We'll be back soon😋
