06/10/2024: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Le Pantanelle restaurant with some friends, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the first moment, I was struck by the quality of the starters, true jewels of the area: each dish was an explosion of flavours, enhanced by the freshness of the ingredients and the care with which they were prepared. A true culinary journey among local excellences, perfectly balanced and tastefully presented.
As a first course, I tasted spaghetti with clams which was simply perfect: al dente, with a flavor of the sea that brought you straight to the coast, every bite was an invitation to close your eyes and fully enjoy the balance of flavours. And then, the tonnarelli with porcini mushrooms, a triumph of autumnal flavours, with the porcini mushrooms dominating the scene thanks to their intense flavor and meaty consistency.
Even though it was Sunday and the restaurant was packed with people, the service was impeccable: the staff were always courteous, attentive and quick, without ever giving the impression of being overwhelmed by the crowd. A genuine welcome, which really makes the difference and makes the meal even more pleasant.
Le Pantanelle is the perfect place for those looking for authentic flavours, excellent quality ingredients and a convivial atmosphere, but also suitable for events thanks to the large rooms and the garden with a well-kept swimming pool. I recommend everyone to try it and I assure you that you will leave with a smile and the desire to return soon!
06/10/2024: Accurate in hospitality, excellent cellar, sea and land, the menu satisfies even the most demanding palates. not to mention the very welcoming and refined interior and exterior furnishings. adequate price-quality.
