An authentic corner of Sardinia! The interior of the restaurant is extremely welcoming, with a rustic atmosphere that recalls island traditions. The food is simply spectacular: intense flavors and very fresh ingredients, which speak of the quality and passion of the cuisine. The suckling pig is the flagship of the menu, a true delight that deserves to be tasted at least once. The staff are very kind, attentive and incredibly efficient, making the experience even more pleasant. A place not to be missed for those who love authentic flavors and warm hospitality. Ejjaaa!

Excellent typical Sardinian restaurant located near the center of Cantù. Environment carefully furnished with Sardinian details. The dishes are excellent and well prepared. Quality is carefully followed by chef Carlo. The classic suckling pig is worth trying, but the seafood dishes are no exception either. The myrtle at the end cannot be missed. Friendly and helpful trained staff. Absolutely recommended

Sardinian soul in name and in fact is the restaurant that I discovered and which is part of my favorites list. The place is welcoming and in every single corner it refers to the Sardinian tradition in its many facets but the true Sardinian soul is in the dishes, the main ingredients come from Sardinia and are processed and cooked in compliance with the most classic recipes. Obviously the touch of chef Carlo cannot be missing who puts soul and professionalism into all his dishes. I've been going there for a while and I've become a lover of fregola with fish, a mix of flavors that explodes in your mouth. Another dish you find there that I'm crazy about is culurgiones, a Sardinian delight that we all know but not everyone has tried the original one! Other goodies? The suckling pig and the sea urchins. They need to be booked, but I promise it's worth it! Both are delicious! Even the desserts are strictly made by them and they are all excellent! One dish leads to another except that they are very abundant and you are forced to stop and come back to continue tasting their dishes! In short, a real pleasure to have dinner or lunch (Saturday and Sunday only) at Anima Sarda in their welcoming room or to take away. PS: as soon as you arrive you will be kindly welcomed, accompanied to your table and offered a welcome prosecco. ❤️ I won't add anything else!
