However, the service could be more attentive. I also noticed that when customers order fewer dishes than usual—for example, skipping the starter—the staff's attitude seems to change slightly. Overall, a nice place to enjoy traditional Roman food, but the hospitality could be improved. Finally, a very good, typical restaurant in Rome that's a pleasure, run by real Italians and offering quality cuisine. The pasta dishes we had were very good, well-prepared, and generously portioned. The bottled water was store-bought, not tap, and the prices were very reasonable, with no added "pane e coperto" tax. I highly recommend this restaurant, which isn't a tourist trap and offers very good food.

What a beautiful find in Rome. Just a small walk from the tourist spots of the forum and coliseum. Large portion sizes, perfectly paired with wine and an exceptional touch of local culture. Finished with some delicious desserts.

Solitamente sono sempre restio nel scegliere locali del centro nelle città che visito ma in questo caso mi son dovuto ricredere! Ottimo servizio, primi e secondi buonissimi e prezzi più che onesti. Naturalmente occorre prenotare. Sicuramente un posto che tornerò. Lo consiglio

L' abbiamo trovato per caso, ottima trattoria molto pulita tovaglioli e tovaglia di stoffa, carbonara e abbacchio deliziosi, prezzo ottimo. In caso dovessimo tornare a Roma ci torneremo.
