The interior has been renovated and modernised. The service is excellent with waiters always available; the food is of excellent quality. If you pass through Chioggia you can't avoid a stop at the tavern! Price consistent with the quality of the food.

Bella trattoria nel cuore di Chioggia, scelta perchè in sede di prenotazione ho chiesto se ci fosse possibilità di assaggiare le Moleche (siamo nel periodo giusto), infatti abbiamo potuto assaggiare questo piatto tradizionale che non ha deluso, abbiamo continuato con il misto crudo della casa ed un piatto di gnocchi allo zafferano e scampi. Prodotti freschi e di qualità, un pò sbilanciato il piatto di gnocchi sovrastati dal gusto di zafferano ma nel complesso un buon pranzo. Personale gentile e conto nella norma.

Very nice and particular place and service of the same level. It is located on a side street of Corso del Popolo. As an appetizer some tasty cappelongas and then grilled eel with polenta. The best I've ever eaten. And to digest a delicious passion fruit sorbet. Prices in line with what you eat

18/12/2024: €9 for a vegetable club without potatoes… never seen a club without potatoes. Maybe it's better for other dishes
16/12/2024: Spartan place a little outside Portogruaro. The food was excellent (we ate spicy chicken). The service definitely needs to be improved.

20/07/2024: A restaurant-like environment, simple and clean. We were by chance in this restaurant where we ate very well. We had mixed fried and grilled fish, all very good. Good wine and very kind owner. Compliments to the kitchen.
