La Taverna In Belluno

A historic restaurant within the walls of Belluno, on a street parallel to Crepadona. I admit I've passed it many times, but I've never actually seen it. The food is delicious and refined, even though it's local, beautifully presented, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Congratulations and thank you for the experience.

The family atmosphere, the staff (manager) are exceptionally courteous and attentive. I recommend it to anyone in the city who wants to enjoy a moment of pleasure while sitting at a table.

We stopped in here for dinner after a week in the Dolomites. The food and service was excellent, and the woman and man were lovely and patient with us speaking English. Delicious meal

We had lunch at this historic restaurant today, just after arriving in Belluno for the first time. We were immediately greeted and seated. We ordered and the dishes arrived within 10 minutes: fresh porcini mushroom salad, polenta and culatello, and onion flan on a bed of cheese. The mushrooms and polenta were delicious, as was the flan. The tagliatelle with mushrooms were also delicious, as was the strudel. But what really impressed us was the service: the lady who looked after us, always smiling and engaging in pleasant conversation, and even the chef who came out of the kitchen for a moment. Ultimately, aside from the excellent, high-quality food, what always makes the difference is the human warmth in these historic restaurants of our beautiful Italy! Keep up the good work, and who knows, we might find a way to return!

Delicious food. I had the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which was out of this world. The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was very familiar and welcoming, and the overall vibe was cheerful. I'll definitely be back!

An old-fashioned restaurant with very kind and friendly staff; authentic food and local recipes.

The blueberry pappardelle were delicious. Excellent service, a warm, quiet place. Perfect for a romantic evening.

Le thon semi cuir en tagliatelles est un ravissement, les vins très sympas et le personnel très accueillant Une habituée nous a dit " comme à la maison". Une belle soiree. Grand merci

Seconda volta a Belluno e questa volta abbiamo scoperto la Taverna!!! Il locale è storico con sale al piano terreno e una all piano superiore, la titolare ci ha fatto visitare anche la cantina sotto la sala principale. Polenta con funghi, tagliatelle mirtilli e ragù di cinghiale, baccalà alla vicentina ed un assaggio di fegato alla veneziana, tutto veramente ottimo. Possibilità di vini al calice e conto onesto.
