A welcoming place with a family atmosphere, an excellent choice for a quiet evening. The pizza is good, with well-leavened dough, and the menu also offers seafood dishes and gluten-free options, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful, although the place can get a bit crowded at times, especially on weekends. The price is fair for the quality.

Pleasant evening spent with friends. Excellent place with double cuisine, both the classic one and the one for celiacs or intolerants. Therefore zero risk of food contamination
Furthermore, regarding pizzas, different types of dough to choose from instead of the usual dough.
Very competitive prices: pizza with hemp dough, naturalized water (with their own system) and cover charge only €13. Optimal!
I can't wait to go back to try the other gluten free doughs.

La Taverna is a historic restaurant in Desio and over the years has become a true reference point for those seeking quality gluten-free pizza. I come from out of town specifically to order it, because I consider it among the best around. The dough is light, well-cooked, and tasty, with fresh and well-matched ingredients. Highly recommended.

I've known and frequented this place for years.
Excellent wait staff and a great variety of products, especially pizzas, as they offer gluten-free options.
The pizza and mixed fried fish are delicious.
But when it comes to takeout, they're just not up to par.
You call to order pizzas at 8:00 PM.
They tell you they can't deliver and the next available time is 8:45 PM, and then they deliver them to you with a wait of over 30 minutes, even though they give you the delivery time and don't even offer an apology for the delay.
I highly recommend taking out on weekend evenings!
Otherwise, it's excellent; I've been going there and will continue to do so!
