Piacevole scoperta a Colleferro, locale molto curato con parcheggio esterno. Piatti ricercati a prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma super gustosi. Personale molto gentile e qualificato. Consiglio di ridurre il costo del coperto che è pari a €3. Un encomio particolare al tiramisù, eccellente! Consigliato.

An intimate setting, with sublime dishes. I love it

A pleasant discovery. A few kilometers from the Colleferro toll booth exit you will find this structure surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, welcoming environment, everything that arrived at the table was excellent and in the end a bill commensurate with what was ordered. Definitely a restaurant to include in your favorites and recommend.

Via degli Ontani è deliziosa, tra il verde e il silenzio. Bella location con servizio impeccabile. Menù non ampio ma i piatti sono il frutto di creatività ed esperienza. Mi è sembrata geniale la genovese di agnello con ziti (si potrebbe provare con le classiche candele spezzate lunghe), leggera e profumata. Anche originale il maritozzo con il sugo alla vaccinara,antipasto ma valido anche come piatto di primo. Buono il calice di rosso sfuso ai rotondi sentori di Merlot . Forse il piatto di prosciutto crudo tagliato a coltello si giustifica come prezzo solo se il S. ILARIO di Parma era un 60 mesi. La Salsamenteria di Artusi propone un 10 kg per circa 1.300 euro ma se più giovane naviga sui normali 40 euro al kg. Onestamente era buono ma sembrava più giovane di 5 anni. Direi complessivamente che Massimo è Claudio meritano le lodi. Io le mie le ho fatte in diretta, anche perché volevo chiacchierare in pace con un mio vecchio amico ed è stato possibile per la tranquillità del posto. Bravi.

Restaurant found for dinner after a day spent with the children at the Reimbow park. We had a really good time, the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful (especially with the first courses for the children) Starters and first courses really excellent and plentiful, the meat excellent, but in my opinion the cooking needs to be reviewed (overcooked on the outside and blood red on the inside) The desserts then completed an excellent dinner! If you are passing through, it is a restaurant that I absolutely recommend.

Food of the highest level, if it were up to me I would give nothing more than a thousand stars. Amazing firsts
