I haven't had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant yet, but I want to compliment the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I usually order through Deliveroo, but this evening the service was down: I called and the person on the phone was really kind, reactivating it right away. The pizza, as always, was delicious—it's been a while since I've had one like this in Terni! Coming from a family of restaurateurs, I really appreciate thoughtful gestures like this: they're not at all predictable. 😊
