28/04/2025: First time in Taranto, first lunch in Taranto, very first time at Sale e Pepe and I really enjoyed it. Having come down from Ravenna for a project with my group of friends, two very dear people took us to have lunch here. The first thing I saw was the care taken in the food, the smell spoke for everyone, then the taste also arrived. I ate really well, and was pleasantly surprised by the great variety of diets, Sale e Pepe is vegan friendly! Then what can I say, Carmen and Annabella's friendliness knows no bounds and I would have stuck in the kitchen with them the whole time. Thanks again so much for the wonderful experience and the laughter. Thanks to Candida and Fabio for taking us to a little piece of Taranto that I will carry with me with so much affection and care.
