We didn't think Sunday lunch in Abruzzo would be so complicated.
After trying several times, we found this restaurant where we managed to have lunch after 2:00 PM, and all in all, it worked out pretty well.
It was incredibly chaotic, with little staff in the dining room, and the food wasn't the kind you'll remember for its deliciousness.
That's understandable; the chaos was indescribable.

We had lunch here during a motorcycle ride with my girlfriend. The appetizer was very good, with a truly tasty grilled cheese. The spicy chitarrine alla lupacchiotta were a real surprise, a truly flavorful dish. The staff was kind and friendly. It was also great to be able to have the bikes on display from the table, a plus we really appreciated. Definitely worth a stop!

The food is reasonably good in a mountain setting, with a menu featuring traditional Abruzzo dishes, including first and second courses of meat. Service is fast, and the owner is friendly and courteous.

Discovered by chance, we had a great time.
Excellent food, the mushroom ravioli were top-notch, the grilled lamb and arrosticini were superb. Priced right.

The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The owner is a good person and knows his job. Although I love animals, I think it's right, for hygiene reasons, not to allow them in, as the owner himself decided to do. I encourage you to try it because it's definitely worth it.
