La Tana Del Lupo In Pescasseroli

I had dinner at La Tana del Lupo in Pescasseroli and had a very positive experience. I tried the Settembrina pizza, which was truly delicious, accompanied by a mixed fry and a beer. The place is welcoming and rustic, though a bit small: when it's crowded, it can be difficult to talk to the person sitting next to you. Service was timely, and while we waited, they offered us tomato bruschetta—a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. A plus is that dogs are welcome, but I recommend avoiding peak times (especially weekends) because the noise level is very high and could disturb the animals. The bathrooms are also noteworthy: spotless, well-stocked with toilet paper and soap, a rare but always welcome feature. Overall, a great experience: excellent pizza, friendly staff, and a refined atmosphere.

We had such a good time that we returned for two dinners in a row 😍 when good food and kindness make the perfect recipe 🔝🔝🔝 definitely one of the most pleasant memories of the holiday. I recommend trying the soup, really delicious. I also found the pizza really good. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity ❤️❤️

Good food with regional and national dishes. Very good beer and wines. I've been there for dinner and lunch several times this summer. On Wednesday, it was the only restaurant open in town, thanks to the owners for being there for us 👏👏👏

Simple and delicious chickpea, chestnut, and porcini mushroom soup, in an equally delightful setting. The real added bonus? The service from waiter Sebastian, who greeted us with professionalism and kindness from the moment we booked over the phone. Thanks again, we'll be back!

A family evening in this small but cozy restaurant. Very friendly staff and fast service. We chose starters and pizzas, and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed both. They also catered to gluten-free options: they served us bruschetta to welcome us and even catered to our celiac sufferers (there were also plenty of gluten-free options, including pizza; we tried a starter and it didn't disappoint). Definitely good value. Reservations are highly recommended.
