Excellent restaurant, tastefully decorated and with attention to detail. The appetizers were excellent, especially the round with mushrooms, and the cured meats. For the main course, I tried the venison stew, flavorful but with some tough cuts, and the tagliata, truly excellent for the quality of the meat. For dessert, a delicious reinterpretation of the zuppa inglese. Overall, the prices were fair and in line with the offerings.

I've been waiting a long time to eat at this restaurant, and it was absolutely worth the wait.
The menu is full of interesting options, using simple, local ingredients, but expertly combined. The wine list is noteworthy, especially for those with experience. The service was prompt and precise. The restaurant is elegantly furnished and has a very warm, homey feel. The highlight of the moment, however, is the food served, which is truly delicious. Finally, the price is very fair for what you get.
