La Tana is always a sure thing. After years of being away, I've rediscovered the same atmosphere of this lovely place, authentic flavors, and excellent ingredients. The owner is always friendly, and the service is excellent. I'm sad that the embers from the old fireplace are gone, because it was a real gem.

A wonderful experience... The restaurant is all stone inside, with a fireplace and bottles of wine on display... The service is excellent... we were served by a very knowledgeable and kind young lady... The food is exquisite... with a bonus compared to other restaurants in upper Bergamo: a selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes (which are also delicious) in addition to the traditional dishes... so everyone can enjoy a great meal!! The wine list is also beautiful... I highly recommend it!!

The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, the staff is extremely friendly. My choice was the Sant'Alessandro ravioli, delicious. For the main course, roasted sweetbreads with pumpkin puree were another great success. I wasn't able to taste the wines because I had to drive soon after, but those who did taste them confirmed that there's a good selection, and you can rely on the staff to find the right pairing for your chosen dish.

29/09/2025: The grilled meat is excellent, and the pizza is tasty too... I recommend it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service efficient. We went there several evenings in August when we were in the area for vacation, and every evening we returned with pleasure.

The burger was truly excellent, with quality meat, perfectly cooked, and carefully selected ingredients. The place is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The table service is professional, and the staff are very friendly. The value for money is surprisingly good, with truly excellent prices for what's on offer. Recommended.
