A lovely evening with friends – we'll definitely be back! We visited this restaurant on Saturday evening, August 2nd, with four adults and a child. My friends already knew it and raved about it; it was my first time there, and I must say it fully met my expectations! We started with ravioli and pansoti: both were very good, but the ravioli were truly exceptional, a must-try. For main courses, we chose rabbit, guinea fowl, veal tip, and potatoes: I personally found the veal tip and potatoes truly exquisite. As for dessert, we only ordered two portions – tiramisu and apple pie – simply because we were already more than full. The desserts were also very good. The portions, overall, are very generous. Excellent value: considering the quantity and quality of the dishes, the bill was more than fair. The staff was courteous and friendly; a very kind young man served us, which helped make the evening even more enjoyable. In short, a restaurant we highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was extremely perfect!!!!

We just returned home from an undoubtedly positive experience at this trattoria. I'll start by saying that you have to be a good driver to get there (the road is very narrow in places... and if there's an oncoming car...). There's parking, but it fills up quickly (after 20 minutes at 12:30 PM on a Sunday at the end of July, it was practically packed). We sat on the veranda like the vast majority of people. We skipped the appetizers (although my wife preferred the stuffed vegetables for the main course) to dig into the ravioli with wild boar sauce, then mushrooms with baked potatoes. For dessert, there was crème brulee and a fruit jam tart. A bottle of Gutturnio, water, and coffee to finish. The price was more than fair (€50.50)! Any flaws? If the ravioli had had just a little less "stamp" they would have been perfect! The potatoes were also just a tad too thick for my taste. But the authenticity is guaranteed! It felt like we were dining at a friend's house. A truly positive experience!

A Hidden Gem in the Ligurian Hills – Simply Unforgettable! I visited Trattoria La Tagliola twice during my vacation in Italy, and both experiences were absolutely incredible. The setting is rustic and charming, surrounded by nature and flowers – it feels like dining at a family home in the countryside. The food? Simply the best I’ve had in a long time. Their ravioli was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted, and the meats – wild boar, chicken, and rabbit – were cooked to perfection. Every dish was packed with flavor and made with love. What really made the experience special was the staff. Warm, polite, and genuinely hospitable. The second time we visited, we didn’t have a reservation and the place was full, but they went out of their way to organize a table for us. That kind of service and care is rare. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – worth every minute of the drive. Can’t wait to come back!

It doesn't get any more Italian than that. This is where the Italians themselves eat. No menu, but delicious food in generous portions at very reasonable prices. Located a good distance up in the mountains along small winding roads. Highly recommended from here.

As always, a certainty. I've only been coming here for 40 years... And today I'm celebrating my 60th birthday, Of course, here...

An idyllic place, in the woods, a trattoria of your dreams... you eat Ligurian hinterland food with generous portions and old-fashioned flavors...!

We'd been there years ago with friends, and it left us with fond memories. I returned last Sunday with my family, and they lived up to our expectations. The food, from appetizer to dessert, is all prepared by them, accompanied by good wine. I really enjoyed the grilled asado, which was delicious.

Stasera abbiamo cenato in questo locale mangiando molto meno dei nostri vicini di tavolo e, non si sa come mai, abbiamo speso la stessa cifra. 30 euro loro che hanno preso tutti antipasto misto primo secondo con contorno dolce e liquore e 30 euro noi che abbiamo preso solo un piattino di salumi da dividere in 4, 4 primi, 4 secondi e 2 contorni, un solo dolce 3 caffé e una grappa. Pur facendo notare questo al momento del pagamento non siamo stati degnati di risposta e non ci é stato fatto nessuno scontrino se non a uno di noi che ha pagato con il bancomat. Si mangia bene ma non é corretto comportarsi cosí, questa volta abbiamo deciso di lasciar perdere ma se dovesse ricapitare una situazione simile non finirà come stasera.

Locale rustico,pulito e molto carino.Ravioli eccellenti come tutto il resto che viene servito e fatto tutto da loro. Ristorante consigliatissimo.
