What can I say? Excellent selection of tartare and tagliata, although the menu is necessarily limited given the type of restaurant. Highly recommended if you're a meat-eater, although there are some traditional first courses. Dogs are not allowed inside.

Located near the Salaria, and outside the town center of Cittaducale, what can I say? A welcoming and clean place, with fast service and courteous and helpful staff. The tagliata appetizer is excellent, where you can taste excellent vegetables in oil. The meat they serve is of high quality and cooked to perfection. Desserts are well-prepared by them.

Exceptional, everything was delicious, starting with the generous and delicious platter. Amazing, locally sourced meat, cooked perfectly—I've never tasted such a tender stew. The desserts were also delicious. Everything was carefully described, and the service was surprisingly kind and welcoming. Not to be missed.

We were there last night, the food was excellent, the staff was incredibly kind. They even explained the dishes to us, the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! From the super-rich and beautifully presented appetizer, to the delicious and well-prepared meat, to the dessert (...amazing!). Fabio and Elisa are truly gracious and kind hosts, and the wait staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is truly delicious and definitely worth trying. We ordered many sauces and jams, marmalades, and pates as souvenirs, all made with organic vegetables...the cured meats were superb, and the local cheeses were wonderful! DEFINITELY RETURNABLE

We'll definitely be back. A little outside of Rome, which makes this place a great choice for a quick lunch. Excellent service.
