Local products. Traditional cuisine and lots of care. And what's more traditional than an ancient snow house? A 1000 year old refrigerator 😊. Exceptional.

It is worth going all the way to Canzano to taste typical local delicacies prepared with top quality products (I tasted and bought an excellent local oil). The kindness of the owners is commendable, they even took us to see their centuries-old snowhouse under the restaurant. Anyone who wants to taste the most authentic typicality of Abruzzo and the Abruzzesi must stop here.

On the way from San Benedetto del Tronto towards Rome, we found a familiar and welcoming restaurant in Tacchinella di Fidanza. Tricolor tagliatelle, UNESCO heritage

We had lunch yesterday. Two tables for a total of 30 people.
The staff is UNIQUELY kind. The food is SPECTACULAR. Attentive to every little need. Particularly careful in proposing the vegan menu for one of our guests who was thrilled with the attention and kindness.
Exceptionally we were also granted a visit to the wonderful Neviera del 1100: a unique spectacle.
What can I say... I recommend everyone, if in the area, to stop here because it will really be worth it!

As soon as you cross the threshold of this restaurant, you immediately understand that you are in a special place, one of those that leave a mark on you.
What struck me right away was the kindness of the staff, a cordiality that has become truly rare nowadays. They make you feel welcome, pampered, and always have a smile that warms the heart.
You can feel the connection with the history of the place and I'm not just talking about the history of the dishes, which tell the flavors and traditions of the past, but also the history of the place itself. Just think of the snow pit, an environment that they were able to transform into something extraordinary: an intimate and evocative place, perfect for romantic private candlelit dinners. It's a brilliant idea, which adds a touch of magic and uniqueness.
The entire experience left me with a wonderful feeling, a mixture of wonder and gratitude. Truly worthy in everything, from the quality of the food to the atmosphere, from the courtesy to the historical value. A place that I highly recommend and where I will definitely return.

Absolutely charming. We chanced upon this restaurant after shopping nearby and their 4.7 rating caught our eyes. We made a reservation and made our way there but missed a turn and ended up taking a steep rough route up the restaurant. It's in a tiny little town called Canzano and at the top of the mountain, presumably with amazing view as we can vaguely see the Adriatic sea as the sun already set. The restaurant wasn't busy when we visited and it's very very charming, with what seemed like the original stoned walls. The service was impeccable and attentive. They explained what we asked in detail and we read that it's a family-run restaurant with parents and their 3 daughters. I must say the baked turkey with the gel-like condiments are amazing, I have never had something like that before. It's light and so refreshing. This is the dish that I'll come back to visit the restaurant for. Prices are very reasonable. Just opposite their restaurant, the family also owned a stone-walled underground tavern which is used as a special occasion event and restaurant venue. One of the daughters took us on a tour. It's quite cold during March. It's absolutely amazing. Can't wait to be back again!

Torneremo.
