After visiting some abbeys in the Teramo Valley, we stopped at this restaurant. One of the most beautiful locations in the world, a serene atmosphere, and the waitress advised us with professionalism and cheerfulness. Traditional dishes where the quality/price ratio is top priority. And after eating and drinking some absolutely exquisite dishes, the waitress acted as our GUIDE to the snowfield below. I can't rate it above 5 stars, but this unique and priceless restaurant deserves a Milky Way rating. I felt at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you🤗 GOODBYE

Everything was exceptional. From the kindness and expertise of the girl who accompanied us and advised us, to the deliciousness of the dishes. We sampled three starters: White gnocchi with mixed mushrooms Teramana-style guitar Lacrima with Trebbiano or Montepulciano. For the main course, the tacchi nella and the lamb chops. For the sweet morsel of woman. Everything was mouth-watering. If you're passing through, you absolutely must stop and dine.

A unique and unmissable place. Both the ambiance and the food are worth the trip, as is the service. Everything was absolutely perfect. Pranzo con l'associazione Ganasce Roventi, una tradizione alla scoperta della cucina abruzzese. La scelta della Tacchinella non presentava sorprese, locale raffinato, accoglienza e servizio ormai noti e di ottimo livello. Nel teramano ai primi di maggio le Virtù sono d'obbligo. Nella loro proposta gli ingredienti della tradizione, sapori piacevolmente orchestrati e riconoscibili, possiamo dire una preparazione impeccabile (senza lesinare bis e tris). Poi la regina della tavola la "Canzanese": fresca, delicata, dal gusto morbido e caratteristico con la sua "ricchezza", la gelatina, lucida e dorata come giusto che sia. Un pranzo senza dubbio abbondante chiuso, nenache a dirlo, dalle mazzarelle. Sapori decisi, cottura perfetta nessun contrasto con i piatti precedenti, anzi, la degna chiusura. Che poi la fetta di torta gradevolissima e i soliti caffè e amari hanno sancito la fine.... alla grande. Un fuori programma: con la competente guida del proprietario abbiamo visitato la Niviera, un sotterraneo costruito dagli arabi più di mille anni fa e nascosto nel cuore del centrostorico di Canzano. Che giornata !!! Torneremo.
