La Svolta is definitely one of the best restaurants in Bari. Great food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service! And the pistachio pesto pasta (photo below) is one of the best pastas I've ever had! We've been to La Svolta four times, and each time the food was very, very good!

Who ate the best pasta of my life! We came from Argentina, spent 4 days in Bari, and two of those days we chose to eat here because it was spectacular!!! The pasta all'assassina is a must-try 💘
