We had the turning point when we decided to dine in this informal restaurant that took us by surprise, because the quality is excellent.
The guys in the dining room and at the reception will make you feel at home but without ever lacking in professionalism while in the kitchen the chefs will surprise you with flavors that trust me are INSANE, vegan options EXAGGERATELY GOOD, while meat and fish dishes are served divinely and balanced in flavor in an excellent way, the hand and palate of the chef deserves all the compliments.
The price serenely respects the quality of a group of professionals in the sector who work very well!

In a Bologna that is increasingly careful to imitate itself, a place where cuisine wants to tell its own story, to everyone. Probably the best place in the city to be surprised with an enviable use of vegetables. Must try. To then return.
WONDERFUL mortadella meatballs! Super trained, friendly staff. Excellent wine and delicious food. Super recommended!

We came across it by chance but we were really surprised, the place was lovely and the staff were very knowledgeable and very kind. The food was really excellent and with different choices for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs.

I got the tagliatelle alla bolognese and I have to they were really good, the sauce was tasty and the pasta was "al dente" in a good way. The waiter was well prepared on the wines and on the food.

Piatti strepitosi, con ingredienti eccellenti tutti a km 0 e un'accoglienza tanto calorosa, quanto professionale...
Complimenti vivissimi ai ragazzi di La Svolta - Cucina di Ragione per aver avuto il coraggio di fare e vincere una scommessa del genere in una città come Bologna, che fa, giustamente, della tradizione gastronomica più stretta il suo vanto 🙂

Locale con pochi coperti da raggiungere a piedi. Accurata ricerca della materia prima del territorio con un po’ di innovazione. Io ho scelto piatti di pesce:sgombro in saor e passatelli al nero di seppia con bisquet di granchio blu. Tutto molto buono sebbene un po’ discoste dalla pura tradizione d’origine : con lo sgombro in saor c’era la verza rossa e con la bisquet c’erano le cime di rape. Molto buoni i dolci . Discreta scelta di vini locali e non. Prezzi nella norma
