Excellent experience, in a place full of beautiful energy, starting from the staff up to the elegance and simplicity of the place with a very pleasant jazz in the background. For the food I can't give my best because there could be improvements on the fish dishes (they should exceed more in taste and be careful not to call "turnip greens" what are instead broccoli or simply leaves), but very good desserts and wine. A rare, extraordinary service! See you soon for meat dishes

Ci sono stato per la cena di capodanno: locale carinissimo che propone una cucina semplice e innovativa allo stesso tempo... Piatti strepitosi, con ingredienti eccellenti tutti a km 0 e un'accoglienza tanto calorosa, quanto professionale... Complimenti vivissimi ai ragazzi di La Svolta - Cucina di Ragione per aver avuto il coraggio di fare e vincere una scommessa del genere in una città come Bologna, che fa, giustamente, della tradizione gastronomica più stretta il suo vanto 🙂

Everything was delicious and very kind. We arrived early and they seated us. We tried the vegan alternative for all dishes. The menu varies according to the season, with typical and traceable products. Of note is the entire environment with different but harmonious elements and the noticeboard with photos of the producers. We will definitely be back.

Lovely spot with a unique vibe. We didn't have reservations which might be okay if you get there relatively early for the evening. The appetizers were delicious and fresh and the main dish was rich but not fatty or salty. We'll get dessert next time for sure. Loved the friendliness of our waiter who spoke better English than me. Great space and very romantic.

Locale con pochi coperti da raggiungere a piedi. Accurata ricerca della materia prima del territorio con un po’ di innovazione. Io ho scelto piatti di pesce:sgombro in saor e passatelli al nero di seppia con bisquet di granchio blu. Tutto molto buono sebbene un po’ discoste dalla pura tradizione d’origine : con lo sgombro in saor c’era la verza rossa e con la bisquet c’erano le cime di rape. Molto buoni i dolci . Discreta scelta di vini locali e non. Prezzi nella norma
