La Svolta - Cucina di Ragione In Bologna

I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. Pleasantly satisfied. The dishes are delicious and the concept behind the cuisine is excellent.

La Svolta always remains one of my favorite places, I love when the season of sitting outside tables begins. Those tables in that little street always give me a feeling of peace. The new menu is really a lot of stuff... bravo to you new chef ... truly excellent flavors Quiche Loraine and the Jerusalem artichoke delicious and the lasagna oh my goodness ... Bread always super. The guys in the room are always very kind. See you soon

Stopped by for a late dinner. Ordered the tuna, risotto, and tagliatelle. Appreciated a menu that called out vegetarian options. Tuna and tagliatelle were great. The risotto had an interesting smoky flavor but felt like it was missing something or was too large a portion. The back room with tables was charming and unexpected. Staff were friendly even though we arrived an hour before close.

Highly recommended! We got the tip from locals and it was one of the best we've ever gotten. The food was excellent, the service was very accommodating and the atmosphere was very pleasant!

Nice little restaurant located in the center of Bologna, furnished in vintage style but the dishes have seen a reinterpretation and innovation but it is really well done. The staff is very kind, congratulations!

We had the turning point when we decided to dine in this restaurant with an informal atmosphere which caught us off guard, because the quality is excellent. The guys in the dining room and at the reception will make you feel at home but without ever failing in their professionalism, while in the kitchen the chefs will surprise you with flavors that, trust me, are CRAZY, vegan options EXAGERATELY GOOD, while meat and fish-based dishes are served divinely and balanced in flavor in an excellent way, the hand and palate of the chef deserves all the compliments. The price peacefully respects the quality of a group of professionals in the sector who work very well! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!! FOR US THE TURNING POINT! REALLY GOOD GUYS, REALLY GOOD GUYS! CONGRATULATIONS keep it up!

Ci sono stato per la cena di capodanno: locale carinissimo che propone una cucina semplice e innovativa allo stesso tempo... Piatti strepitosi, con ingredienti eccellenti tutti a km 0 e un'accoglienza tanto calorosa, quanto professionale... Complimenti vivissimi ai ragazzi di La Svolta - Cucina di Ragione per aver avuto il coraggio di fare e vincere una scommessa del genere in una città come Bologna, che fa, giustamente, della tradizione gastronomica più stretta il suo vanto 🙂

Locale con pochi coperti da raggiungere a piedi. Accurata ricerca della materia prima del territorio con un po’ di innovazione. Io ho scelto piatti di pesce:sgombro in saor e passatelli al nero di seppia con bisquet di granchio blu. Tutto molto buono sebbene un po’ discoste dalla pura tradizione d’origine : con lo sgombro in saor c’era la verza rossa e con la bisquet c’erano le cime di rape. Molto buoni i dolci . Discreta scelta di vini locali e non. Prezzi nella norma
