La Sueva In Torino

13/12/2025: We went in December for a birthday, Friday evening, five people. They seated us in the back corridor, very charming but the heat was a bit exhausting. As for the appetizers, nothing to complain about; they were a bit expensive and lacking in imagination. I recommend the buffet platter. Then I ordered a rare rib-eye steak. They brought it to me, overcooked and inedible, so I sent it back, clearly specifying the cooking time again. After another half hour of waiting, the steak arrived, again overcooked. I ate it because it was too late and I was incredibly hungry. Years ago, it was much better; it's lost its charm.

09/12/2025: We went for Bagna Cauda; sure, for a Bagna Cauda (vegetables, including potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes, undercooked and really poorly cleaned; the cabbage is fine, although it's expensive, but some of the outer leaves should be removed...) to spend €45 with wine and a sorbet... It seems a bit excessive. No more Bagna Cauda here... Maybe for mushrooms another time... Service and location are okay.
