La Sueva In Torino

Nice restaurant, the pizza is thin and crispy, and the farinata is delicious. Recommended.

Me and my family visited Turin for three days in November. We had dinner at La Sueva twice. The pizzas and service were excellent. We were especially delighted by the young waitress there (unfortunately we did not ask about her name, but we learned she had studied Russian :) ) We appreciated the Caprese salad they made especially for us even though it was not on the menu. We recommend La Sueva highly! Best regards from Bulgaria!

Excellent pizza, large, thin, and well-topped. Excellent service and atmosphere. The desserts are also very good. I highly recommend them and will happily return as soon as I can!

We had lunch on the way back from a tour of the market in Piazza Benefica, which is just a few steps from the pizzeria. The farinata was spectacular, among the best I've ever had, expertly made, crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. The pizza was excellent: thin, crunchy, and well-seasoned, a nice size, and in my opinion easy to digest. The atmosphere was pleasant, well-kept, and clean. Plenty of tables, even though the place isn't very big, were well-arranged and comfortable for a quiet meal. Very satisfied. We'll definitely be back!

Finally!!! After much searching, I've found a pizza just the way I like it!!! Thin, without huge, soft, undercooked crusts, crispy but not dry, light but not soggy and wet, with quality ingredients and just the right amount. Congratulations!!! The surprise was also the farinata, which I always have reservations about and am always very skeptical about... I'd definitely put it in the top three farinatas in Turin... soft but not soggy, moist but not too greasy, crispy on the outside but not dry on the inside. Excellent!
