La Stuvetta Restaurant In Livigno

We ate for lunch, fast and friendly service, highly recommended!!!

We ate at the self-service restaurant, all with the music of a singer who was playing that day in the background (I can't add the video). The food was average but made up for by the wonderful view. The self-service offers menus with local dishes and also the possibility of taking "unique" dishes, therefore consisting of pizzoccheri, meat and polenta (for example). Friendly service and available to help you with the trays. Outside the venue there are various games for children and the cable car to take you back to Livigno. All in all I would stay here again.

Visited in the Summer in August 2024, highly recommend even if not biking or skiing - highest point in Livingo with breathtaking views. Highly recommend from London! :)

We stayed in the summer, the bike trails are very beautiful and well-kept. More “flow” than the motto part. It is possible to purchase the full day or the afternoon.

I recommend buying just the ticket to go up, then exploring the mountain which offers a wonderful view at every step. We took path no. 157 called "Madonon" and then we went down to Livigno, quite tiring, but exceptional from an environmental point of view.

Once at altitude you can reach Costaccia by walking on the ridge. Departure not well signposted (continue in one direction on an up-and-down road towards the closed chairlift...then downhill towards Costaccia). Impressive and at the same time barren landscape...easy, non-demanding walk.
