La Stella Bianca In Bacoli

I love this place. Last month I went twice in one week when I was in Bacoli for work. The menù del giorno is 12€ for two courses. They have the fishmonger next door so you know everything is as fresh as possible. Stellar.

A very typical restaurant, frequented mainly by locals, noisy (even too much so if you come across nice tables), spartan, simple. There's an air-conditioned indoor area and an outdoor one under a veranda. Sometimes they forget an order... so why go there?... for the fish, fresh, mostly fresh daily (so the menu changes), well-cooked, without "oddities," and very low prices. The tasting menu is around €25.

Excellent cube but something should be done about the smell which is unbearable, it's a shame to ruin everything because of this.

A True Seafood Gem in Bacoli! Pescheria Stellamarina offers a unique and authentic experience where you handpick your seafood directly from the fish counter, and they prepare it fresh on the spot at the adjoining restaurant. We started with a delicious trio of antipasti: salmon carpaccio, octopus salad, and marinated anchovies, each dish bursting with freshness and flavor. For the main course, we had linguine with clams and lupini, cooked to perfection and rich in taste. We finished with a crispy mix of fried anchovies and calamari, which was the perfect ending to the meal. The food was genuinely excellent. While the atmosphere is simple and no frills, if you’re looking for top quality seafood over fancy decor, this is absolutely the place to go. A real local gem for anyone who values freshness and authenticity! Don’t forget to tell them Flavia sent you!

There is both a fixed menu and an à la carte menu, all very good, plentiful and fresh.

A well-stocked and quality fishmonger and a typical restaurant with excellent dishes at the right price. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've been to this fish restaurant. Even though it was the first of May, and even though it was a bit crowded, the service was quite fast. Very fresh fish. Excellent value for money.

The food is good and of high quality, the service leaves something to be desired, we were at the tables outside and it began to rain, despite asking several times to go inside, we were not allowed to enter even though there were many free tables. We wasted two hours standing around looking for a free table.
