Excellent traditional cuisine, tastefully revisited with a clever touch of innovation. Excellent and informal service, a perfect venue for a relaxing and romantic evening. Special mention goes to the thoughtful and tranquil atmosphere.

The food was exceptional and delicious. The service was superb. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're looking for a different, less conventional Italian experience at a good price. The only downside is that they have few non-alcoholic options.

A delightful little place, intimate and simple, and above all, with excellent cuisine! Dishes that combine tradition and sophistication, using quality ingredients and pairings well. Excellent wine recommendations, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. There were two of us, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food.

A great option for authentic Italian food. From the starters to the prim and sec, the dishes were all very good. The dessert of sparkling yogurt with olive oil was a real plus.

I discovered this small restaurant by chance, with limited seating and meticulous attention to detail. I found every course (including the amuse-bouche and pre-dessert) delicious, as was the wine offered to accompany the meal. The value for money was also excellent! We'll definitely be back.

In the heart of the historic center, we find this old-fashioned osteria, combining good wine, quality food, and prices for all budgets. We are just steps from the Lungarno and the Sapienza University; halfway between Piazza Carrara and Piazza Garibaldi. Excellent hospitality in a very clean environment; a simple place with attention to detail. Attentive and helpful service, able to prevent any potential issues. Careful cuisine, able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. The quality of the ingredients and the chef's technical skill are particularly noteworthy. Honorable mention goes to the Rigatone with wild boar ragù, raisins, and pine nuts, the Iberian pork tapilla, and all the desserts. In the dining room, Gregorio is a friendly host, just the right amount of chatty, discreet, and knowledgeable. His suggestions, including the wine pairing, were truly invaluable. His explanations were engaging and helpful. More than fair prices. In a word: highly recommended.

Une belle adresse pour un repas bon et raffiné. Une petite osteria dans une rue tranquille dans la vieille ville pour y déguster un très bon œuf parfait aux épinards et gorgonzola, des spaghettis Felicetti monograine aux anchois frais et au citron côtier et un millefeuille revisité. Excellent repas malgré le peu de tables occupées ce soir-là qui posent toujours question.

Ottima osteria in pieno centro a Pisa, quasi sul Lungarno. Proprietario e staff competenti e gentili, piatti e materie prime di alta qualità. Per chi é celiaco, sono previste varie opzioni anche gluten free compresa la pasta. Consigliatissimo!
