I ate at La Stalla in Serracapriola and was truly satisfied. The place has a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant evening with friends. The pizzas are excellent: light dough, fresh ingredients, and truly authentic flavors. The local specialties are also worth trying, prepared with great care and attention to tradition. The service is fast, courteous, and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, with generous portions and more than fair prices. I absolutely recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants to eat well and feel at home in Serracapriola!

22/08/2025: We only tried the restaurant-pizzeria, but it's highly recommended. The pizza is light and tasty. I highly recommend the Delizia Ghironda, with capers, onion, fresh tomatoes, and wild arugula—truly delicious. I'd also add that the arugula is harvested on site and has a unique flavor—it's used on pizza, salads, etc., and it's consistently tastier than the arugula you find everywhere else. We also really enjoyed the olive oil, orecchiette, caciocavallo cheese, and meat. The location is also beautiful—right on the sea—and it's very convenient to stop in after a morning or afternoon at the beach, even just for an aperitivo. The staff is kind and friendly, and they even recommended local shops where we could pick up quality Apulian products. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, with always good music playing.
