A lovely inn. After a lovely walk in the woods, we celebrated our birthday. We had a wonderful time, it felt like home.

Gorgeous location, excellent food. Friendly service. Prices are above average. You have to be patient for the food, given the serenity of the place. If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere.

30/04/2025: On a trip from Milan to Varenna, we had a pleasant lunch, savoring the local flavors. A shared mixed antipasto (more than enough for two), two very generous Borgovino tagliatelle (unique), two glasses of wine, water, and coffee. 80 euros. Tastes I'm not used to, but truly surprising. Generous portions for the price, and excellent, welcoming, and friendly service.
18/04/2025: Delicious, freshly cooked food in homely atmosphere in a place of too many tourist restaurants. Authentic!
