The place is always nice, but I remembered a place to eat well, excellent desserts and snacks, spending the right amount
It has become an upscale restaurant, and has adjusted its prices accordingly.
If you have fat wallets, it's worth it, but if your goal is a snack after skiing or hiking, it's no longer the right place...

Small place that conveys a lot of intimacy, very kind and helpful young staff, we ate for Christmas lunch, we appreciated the idea of an à la carte menu, so we could choose what and how much to eat, everything was excellent from the starters to the first courses and the meat and desserts, excellent selection of wines. Warm and welcoming mountain style restaurant.

We stopped for lunch on the way... it was a really nice surprise, exceeding expectations.
Very welcoming environment, typical of the mountains. The interesting menu proposal, the excellent service and the kind and attentive staff.

We went to La Stadera for the Christmas lunch with an à la carte menu. Everything we ordered was really very good, you can perceive that the choice of raw materials is of high quality and the preparations carried out with attention and skill. The presentation of the dishes and the service are also taken care of; the environment is well thought out and clean. The prices are a little high but justified by everything highlighted above... both the place and the food served highlight study and attention in their presentation. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Location caratteristica in stile dolomitico con finiture di pregio e gusto… tavoli eccellentemente curati nei minimi particolari…!!! Le nostre zuppe alla zucca erano buonissime ..il vitello tonnato della mia signora e il polpo alle patate sublime. La lode viene raggiunta con il dessert con la sfera di cioccolato con gelato alla vaniglia e salsa calda ai frutti di bosco. Cura e presentazione dei piatti da applausi. Personale presente e gentilissimo…siamo stati coccolati. Soddisfatti molto soddisfatti…torneremo presto…veramente consigliato

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant suite à la recommandation de notre hôte lors de notre séjour à Auronzo. Nous nous sommes tout simplement régalés !
Les plats sont succulents, bien travaillés. Les portions sont un peu petites pour les gourmands que nous sommes.
Le service est efficace, certains serveurs ont un bon contact avec le client, ce qui est appréciable !
Nous recommandons vivement, notamment pour l’ambiance qui est très charmante !
