La Spigola In Torino

The context: Tuesday September 3, 2024 10 p.m. in the rain. The setting is simple but effective, the front/veranda is really pleasant for eating outside even in the rain. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and my companion chose a 5 cheese pizza. Considering the Google comments and knowing that I am demanding by nature, I came with some reluctance. So I favored simple dishes. Despite everything, it was very good and without any false notes. The pizza is particularly good! The pizza dough is thin but not brittle, very good tomato sauce, just the right amount of crunch. As for the pasta, the cooking is good, like everywhere in Italy ^^ and the taste is also very good. 2 dishes, 1 sparkling water and 1 espresso for €24.5! nothing to say, it's unbeatable.
