16/10/2025: I ordered a special of the day—lemon meatballs with vegetables. Unfortunately, the dish had no flavor whatsoever. Then the food had to be reheated in the microwave. One meatball was piping hot, and the other was freezing cold.

Gran Caffè

25/05/2026: I've been coming to the Roma Est shopping center for years, and Gran Caffè is my favorite place, for their kindness and customer service. I can say they meet all their needs, and that's not for everyone. I can name them ALL because they're all VERY GOOD. I'll name one because she's the girl I say does everything: Manila, very kind, friendly, and very quick at her job. And I assure you, I'm very demanding (let's say annoying 😊).

19/04/2026: The man at the counter was super lovely and kind helping us with our order. We go two alcoholic drinks and a selection of pizza slices for E18, and then FIVE cakes for e6.50!!!! Absolutely brilliant. Outside seating, lovely ambiance, no tourists...
