A random choice after a morning exploring the beautiful city, the two of us ate spaghetti with clams and bottarga and mixed seafood soup. Everything was truly delicious. The attention to detail was evident upon arrival. A bottle of wonderful local extra virgin olive oil and toasted bread were brought to the table. What more can I say? The price was more than fair.

We stopped at this osteria on the way back from our vacation in Conero, and to break up a five-hour journey, we decided to spend a few hours in Vasto. It was 2:45 PM, and most of the osterias on Google Maps were already closed, with the exception of this osteria and a few others nearby. I must say that the place didn't make a great first impression on me. It was very hot, and the chef, whose kitchen was completely visible, suddenly approached the table, without a menu and in a casual, no-frills manner, asking if we'd like to start with a catch-of-the-day appetizer. I immediately interrupted him and explained that I'd like to share a simple spaghetti with clams with my wife, along with a glass of white wine, an Aglianico, or even a local wine. The time to prepare everything approached, with a baking dish full of spaghetti with clams, delicious on the palate, a joy for my soul. 5 well-deserved stars

Highly recommended! A pleasant summer retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The welcome is warm and the manager recommends the catch of the day. There may be a bit of a wait, but the quality and flavor of the dishes are worth it. I'd definitely come back!

Even though it was Monday and the menu wasn't available due to a lack of fresh fish (a rare example of honesty in the restaurant business), we were treated to a satisfying and excellent lunch—everything was truly delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We'll be back! Highly recommended.
