ATMOSPHERE AND PLACE
Small place located in a small square in the center, with a few tables both outside and inside. Open kitchen.
SERVICE
Slow, partly due to the absence of menus and the chef's personal management of orders.
MENU
It doesn't exist. At the time of ordering, for each table, the chef leaves the kitchen and advises customers on what it is possible to eat.
Drinks
Natural water.
Appetizers
1x grilled seared squid with pine nuts and green apple julienne and pecorino cheese.
1x burrata with chopped pistachios, salmon, peach and anchovies.
Seconds
1x baked sea bass with potatoes.
PRICE
75 euros
CONCLUSIONS AND ADVICE
Excellent quality raw materials, with skilful combination of flavours. Unfortunately, the absence of a paper menu does not allow us to understand how much choice of dishes there is nor how much we are spending. Average price, considering the quality. Must try at least once!

We didn't know what to expect, so we were able to choose a spot and got some water. - However, the menu card was missing... Until the head chef himself came to us and discussed our own menu with us. - what ingredients are there, what he imagines and what we like. - perfect!
We were also offered a wine from the region.
The price was only discussed at the end; we would have expected it to be more expensive.

If you want to trust the chef, this is the perfect place! All sublime. The spaghetti with clams is amazing. And the owner is too nice and empathetic! Definitely coming back.

It is reductive to talk about this small place simply to describe the goodness of the food. All freshly prepared and above all exclusively fresh fish and according to the catch. Appetizer with burrata, anchovies and peach, seared squid with apple, pecorino and pine nuts. Baked fresh sea bass with potatoes. Cerasuolo wine. Congratulations to Davide and Daniele. Absolutely worth trying

Esperienza particolare, visto che non c’è un menu dove poter scegliere. I piatti sono illustrati direttamente da Daniele, che ti cucina pesce fresco e di stagione, accompagnato da buon vino e prodotti di filiera corta. Comunque tutto ottimo! Prezzi nella media.

Servizio lentissimo, poca scelta e prezzi elevati. Certo, in agosto c'è più confusione, ma essendo il locale piccolissimo, con un minimo di organizzazione in più i clienti rimarrebbero più soddisfatti. Non posso dire di aver mangiato male, però i prezzi non sono adeguati a tutto il contesto (location, servizio, celerità).
