Absolutely the best Gluten free pizza I’ve ever had.

Incredible!!! Because being a celiac is difficult to find a good place gluten free, a pasta which seems the same as the regular one. It was delicious!!! And the service great, Fausto was super friendly :)

La soffita is a great option for an amazing classic Roman meal near the Vatican. It wasn’t too touristy in the area but was close (10 minute) walk. We were sat after 15 minutes of waiting during peak lunch hours on a Saturday. We had started with the Roman fried food selection as well as the burrata with prosciutto. Both were amazing. For entrees we had gotten the gricia, spaghetti with clams and one of their specials, a homemade pasta with mussels. The pastas were extremely well made and flavorful. To finish off we had tiramisu and lemon cake for dessert. The tiramisu was light and delicious and the lemon cake was refreshing and had a light whipped cream topping. The service was good and decently quick and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great traditional Roman meal!

The food is delicious. The service is impeccable. The entire menu, with very few exceptions, is gluten-free. The pasta is handmade. The fried dishes are also suitable for celiacs. I highly recommend the fiore di zucca; it's truly excellent. And our waiter, Fausto, was absolutely wonderful. He gave us great recommendations, served us well, and was attentive throughout our meal. I recommend it for both celiacs and non-celiacs. The best.

Excellent gluten-free restaurant and pizzeria near the Vatican, with fabulous pizzas and excellent traditional dishes. Not to mention the very welcoming staff who make you feel at ease. They're proactive and guide you through your choices, which isn't easy because everything is delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. Excellent all-inclusive... in short, you can't miss it if you're in the Vatican area. Truly exceptional!!! See you soon

I arrived around 12:30 on a Saturday. It was almost full. I ordered risotto, pizza, soup, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. The food was served quickly, and the wait staff were very helpful. I'd definitely visit again.
