Nothing special. The beach promenade is pretty run-down, with holes, rust, and broken railings, temporarily repaired with a construction fence. The beach and the woods are littered with trash. Disgustingly lazy people!

A beautiful spot by the sea, right at the end of the bike path and at the beginning of the Vasto Marina promenade, where, after the public beach, you'll find several beach clubs. The statue sits on a rock a few dozen meters from the shore and is definitely worth a closer look (even if you only have a lilo! 😅).

The Vasto marina is beautiful, as is the entire Trabocchi coast. The monument is nice, although to fully appreciate it, it should be seen up close by taking a nice swim.

11/11/2025: An unexpected discovery, recommended by local friends, a trattoria serving the freshest seafood, deliciously cooked according to Abruzzo tradition. The welcome and service were courteous and attentive. Cloth tablecloths and napkins were provided! The excellent Chieti wine was the icing on the cake! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

30/11/2025: Just steps from the beach in San Vito Marina, we discovered this welcoming restaurant with excellent value, and five-star food, service, and ambiance. My friends and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
